Ya, but it will be launched in mid-2017. If u can wait that much then wait. There will only be slight modifications. Nothing extraordinary.
Otherwise, buy it right now if u are in need of a bike urgently. But, 1.5 yrs is a long wait I'd say. Also, pls hv a look below for new models launching in 2016. There are quite a few launches being planned in 2016 like Hero Hx250r, Tvs-bmw, New RC390, Gixxer 250, CBR 300, Yamaha MT, Pulsar models, etc.

Which year and month model do you own?

July 2014 it's a vfm bike, you can go for it only downsides are engine heats up in heavy traffic and it vibes slightly.

They had made changed sometime in June 2015. I thought that was good to stop the overheating issue!

Okk. If I'm correct urs is a pre-2015 bike right? There are lots of changes in the 2015 version-
              1. Engine heat reduced,
              2. Clutch is softer,
              3. Seat is much softer and comfortable,
              4. Suspension also is much softer than previous models,
              5. Engine hot starting problem reduced, etc, etc,

Yup they have made quite a few changes but heating is there and overheating happens only when there is fault in radiator fan or thermostat. It heats up only in heavy traffic as soon as you hit open roads heat vanishes.

Answers according to changes you mentioned:

                            1. Yes they have made changes in radiator fan but you can't say that it heating is negligible.
                            2. clutch is much softer than earlier versions.
                            3. I didn't found any difference in seats.
                            4. Suspension has some changes I don't know about this.
                            5. Yes but still there are people who still reports about overheating.

Well, I'm not sure. But, being certified by ARAI should mean that it's valid for all the 2-wheelers being manufactured in India.
