        Jan 19th is the launch in India. Chennai launch in 21st. Confirmed by Jai Bajaj Chennai. Sales would take more time.

              Could very well be the other way around considering this:
              2017 KTM RC 390 And RC 200 Brochure Leaked; Gets More Equipment - NDTV CarAndBike

              The 2017 Rc's could be on sale before the Dukes.

                          Most sources hint at late Jan / early Feb for the Duke 390.

                          The new RC 200 and RC 390 will drop on Jan 19:

                              I hope they sort out the fueling of the 2017 Duke 390...my 2013 390 was a pain to ride slowly, always jerking juddering etc. On the highways it rode brilliantly but slow speeds was extremely annoying. Till a buddy of mine advised me the powertronic piggy back ecu and oh gawd!! It's all good now... still not perfect but much better than before.

                              I saw a video on YouTube...it says that the 2017 has ride by wire!! This would technically solve the slow speed fueling issue but will also have its own set of issues like dust entering the sensors near the throttle... hope KTM installs a dust cover for the throttle sensor.

                                Aren't the Dukes supposed to be like that? I guess all models have been like. It's highly impatient in low speeds.
