    Hi all!
    Could any help me?
I'm looking for a new radiator for D390 - My radiator badly damaged, the guard was pierced by a big stone. Now in radiator there is the same big dent (but working)
But there are analogues for him? Price of a new 350 dollars - quite expensive for this moto, i think

What!? 350$?! Over here its just $62. Do you have a friend who can get it down from here?

Or you can try using some sort of epoxy to hold it. That should be a cheap fix for the time being.

Nope. Probably due to negligence/trashing of the bike that caused the above failure. Probably needs a tie rod + lever replacement(there is a bearing inside the lever which is probably ruined), or worse case the shift shaft.

There is no link. The price mentioned i.e. approx $65 is the official price of the radiator (excluding fan iirc, add another $30 for fan) from ktm spares here in India. One can only buy it at a ktm service center in India since ktm oem parts are not easily available in the open market in India.
So ask your friend to go to a ktm dealer and buy the radiator. And if he is carrying/shipping it to you, then ensure it is packed properly otherwise you might receive a damaged radiator.

There'll be a 4 digit number. Check that for Manufacturing date. If its very old (like more than an year) ask replacement. The number will be on Week and Year format. For example, if its 1516, it's made in 15th week of 2016.

I have this issue too, the problem is that the linkage is not gripping the splines of shift shaft. The top locking bolt is already fully tightened so the play cannot be reduced. The teeth of the linkage will mesh with the shift shaft at the end of the lever freeplay.

Will riding the only issue is that occasionally you have to use the lever twice to slot into a gear.

Will show it to service this week during servicing.

if it's the shift shaft, get it replaced. involves removing the clutch basket but a pretty easy replacement.
Here is what the shift shaft looks like:

If I look at your video closely, I think your shift shaft is okay, but you foot shifter and the linkages are the problem. Look closely, and you will see the pinch bolts that clasp to the shift shaft is loose due to flattened tooth which is not engaging the shaft. When you play front and back the shift shaft isn't even engaging, it's just the foot shifter and the rod moving back and forth. The foot lever mechanism and the pinch bolt is loose. Try tightening the the pinch bolt circled in the picture below from your video. And if it's already tight, replace the tie rod linkage with a new one, because I see there are no toothed ridges, they are all flattended due to wear which is causing the lever to slip and have excess play as in your video.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

I don't think it can be tightened even further.

Then replace the foot shifter linkage.

Thanks. Mine is 1916 i.e. May, 2016. Okay for me. No big deal.
I read somewhere that tires can be safely stored upto 5 years.
