      Yes she does wear saree and my old bike was karizma r . She said she felt comfortable on karizma r but since the seat is very high on new karizma zmr I am thinking if it will be awkward .

        I'll put it this way,

        My aunt fell at a speed breaker from pulsar, carelessness on part of both her and my bro who was riding.
        ZMR 2014's pillion seat lot better compared to R15 in all aspects. (I actually feel that Yamaha purposefully made it to discourage pillion riding)
        So, if u want to buy this zimmer, there is a compromise. But you can easily handle that. Drive carefully and slow. Ensure your pillion wears a helmet too (I ensured that in my passion too). And UI feel if a Hero bike of this category has started perched pillion seat, It's gonna be a trend. So, u have to deal with it

          But be prepared for the constant bugging u'll get from her. Pray to god that an R15 passes by to show that she's in balcony but her counterpart is directly in the Box

            ha ha , But the reason I wanted to buy karizma was for its seating position which was great on previous bikes , The moment i thought of buying karizma hero pulled back all old versions .
            There is no bike above 200cc that offers good sitting position for pillion rider . My personal opinion is that if hero did not change the seat it would have been a great family plus sports bike .

              yea i agree with the pillion part. atleast they could have reduced the pillion seat height....by the way it cannot be termed as sports bike

                Then the tail section would not look this awesome if it was any lower. Trade-off. Btw one more headache for the pillions- no pre-installed rear tyre hugger. Small mud droplets on the lower back.If it's available Pls check with the showroom guys and get it fitted during the delivery. And also let me know

                    At the time of convincing my dad I showed him wiki and other sites stating that karizma is a tourer which will be good for my spine during my 50 kms ofc commute. But this somajiguda guy said - It's a "sports" bike so, no extra accesories... That furiated my dad and he looked at me with an arched brow. I admoniahed the showroom guy for using baseless statements to attract customers.

                        lol....and indeed it is a sports bike for US. in my native there is only one hero showroom. when me and my friend went there to book ZMR for him, we found out that he is the 9th guy in Q. so i think in rural areas it will reach much due to its sporty appearance.
