I have this year's gixxer. The battery compartment is spacious. Can I install a bigger battery 7A/9A?

Haven't ridden the bike much. I'll review it after some 1000kms.

Wow! You have already installed the Michelin Pilot Street Radial...
Yes speed & odo readings will be slightly less than actual, but that's no concern since the difference is very minor.

Bro!! What if i change my rear tyre to pilot street radial 130/70 instead of stock 140/60. Any noticeable difference in pickup or mileage or road grip. Along with them any merits or demerits?
              Just your opinion.

This was his same words when I went for Oil leak issue last time, that they don't have the required part with them but i was able to solve that problem on my own then.

I called my policy surveyor he too confirmed this issue with gixxer bikes that showroom people wont get done any thing before 1 month as they never keep any spare parts with them. I am screwed now I wonder why I bought this bike instead of HONDA or BAJAJ at least I would have got there parts easily
I faced a similar issue with my Suzuki dealer before Diwali. After writing to their official email ([email protected]) and posting my query in social media (Facebook, Twitter) I got the problem solved within 4 days. Previously the dealer said it would take 15 to 20 days for the part to arrive. Matter was solved in 4 days flat.

Not much of a difference, contact patch is reduced though. Height will still increase compared to stock. There shouldn't be any change in acceleration, but mileage may be affected. Also speedo and odo readings will have some small errors.

Then that's cool. Now in dilemma with Michelin pilot street or MRF revz c1(duke ones).

Revz c1 is 150/60. It's soft compound and puncture prone.

But it can still fit our Gixxer right. After fitting it to rim because of it's rounded profile it looks more like 140/70 than 150/60. Most people says fixing this tyre increases much better grip on wet and dry roads. That's what made me to consider this tyre too.

Check out the Duke thread. Users claim wet grip isn't so good. And it's puncture prone.

There is a carburetor float which controls the overflow, like a normal float from any water tanks/toilet flushes. May be it is stuck in your case. Get it checked by a mechanic. It may not be doing its job of stopping the fuel flow from the tank to carb.
Resolved it by myself. Shut off the carb knob and let the engine run. Once the fuel in the little tube from carb to combustion chamber got utilised the engine stopped as expected. Then I turned on the carb and voila! no more leaking.
