Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
You can see a screw at the lower part of carb check if it is loose while tightening do not use hulk power to tight it. If it never stops then float valve will be stuck and try tapping the carb with a screw driver's handle if again not solved you may need to open the carb and check the float valveOriginally posted by srinath2494 View PostOff the BOTTLE & On the THROTTLE

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
I'll try. The carb in my bike is located behind plastic panels. It should be a pain. Thanks.Originally posted by Jith_in View PostYou can see a screw at the lower part of carb check if it is loose while tightening do not use hulk power to tight it. Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Hi all,
Today i have checked Engine oil level (after 1st service).
When engine is off, the level of oil is more than the oil check window. When i start engine, the oil level comes down back in between low and full level. (With main stand)
Which is right?. When to check oil level? While engine started or while in stopped condition??
Thank ya...Last edited by ltsharma; 10-31-2016, 10:55 PM.

Mine is around 2k km now. I am not feeling anything like that "TOUCHWOOD". Check if your mechanic played anything with carburetor settings in recent service. Like lean mixture of fuel orOriginally posted by Preet Bal View Posti have done 2500 km and im feeling that low end is not strong as before its pretty low in 3rd,4th,5th can anyone help me its just my gixxer or all the gixxers behave like this?

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
It may be due to some abnormalities in the disk which causes the pads to touch and create that sound. I had one bend in my NS's front disk, mechanic got it corrected. Check it with the SVC. The pads should not touch the disks.Originally posted by sen2693 View PostHi,

Also, in my scenario, the wheel was getting jammed at one point. Had to apply a lot of force to move it.
Look at the disk from front.

That pipe is an overflow pipe. To remove excess fuel from carburetor fuel chamber. There is a carburetor float which controls the overflow, like a normal float from any water tanks/toilet flushes. May be it is stuck in your case. Get it checked by a mechanic. It may not be doing its job of stopping the fuel flow from the tank to carb.Originally posted by srinath2494 View PostPetrol leaking through a pipe at the right side of the bike. Leaks more when I twist the throttle even with engine at off. I found that the this pipe is linked to carburetor. What is the problem and how do I correct it? Kindly help with this.

Since when is this happening? After last service? If yes, then check you carbs afr setting. Also tell me if you face cold start issues in the morning.Originally posted by Preet Bal View Posti have done 2500 km and im feeling that low end is not strong as before its pretty low in 3rd,4th,5th can anyone help me its just my gixxer or all the gixxers behave like this?
If no, check your engine oil, did you change it? Are you filing petrol from a good reputed station?Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 (2016 - 2017)
