Everyone pls avoid Saha Automobiles, birati dealer in suzuki bikes n svc too. They sell low quality aftermarket or used parts to replace. Beware. Always check for a company seal or part no. if they'r replacing any part required.
Thanks dude. I'm in two minds about fz25 or gixxer. While I had a fz16 previously and aware of Yamaha Service, I have no idea about Suzuki service in general.

Hi guys... Has anyone serviced their Gixxer after the introduction of GST? My service center charged 400/- in the name of servicing which does not include consumables (oil, filters, chain clean, etc.) Total bill was of 990/-

P.S. - My bike has completed all service coupons & done 14K in 2 years

            Hi guys,

            Background:
My GS150R cannot keep up with 1500 on the odometer at the start so I have to use the big screw to tune it till 1500 everyday but when it gets hot after a few Kms it goes up to 1800-2000 so again I bring it down to 1.5k while on my way.
Recently(20-30kms back) my tank was filled with water, got it cleaned but I don't know if he cleaned the carburettor (He said he just opened the carb and removed the water cos a week ago he had himself serviced it)
He also told me the drain hole is choked so water will flow inside anyhow and he put a big plastic tank cover

            Issue:
The bike stalls while running. From 1500 it goes down slowly in a second or two and dies. It would start after a few forced self starts and after a lot of throttle it runs. Showed it to him and he said "Air ka problem hai" and did something on the right side near the fuel flow pipe.
It stalled again and he did the same shit and told me it won't happen again and if it did then open the tank lid and close it

A while ago it stalled again, I opened the lid for 2 seconds, closed it and bang it started fine.

            Possible Reasons?
            1. Is it the tank drainage hold that's building some kind of pressure and hence the stalling?
            2. Is it my carburettor? The carb pin is put to place using a tiny plastic piece so it doesn't overflow (been there for 2 years)
            3. Is it cos I keep my fuel flow to off mode and put in On cos of Point 2

Please help guys, I have my exams in a month and have to travel daily to the library on my bike.

check the tube in the following picture. This issue can be caused by a broken tube. (tube with metal clips) I had a similar issue where my bike would stall at high speed and engine will stop responding for 1 sec. I was about to get the engine opened but SVC guy changed this tube (broken). Now everything works fine.

Or else check beneath the seat if something is getting stuck in the air inlet .

Went to service center for a paid service after 13800 kms. Done general servicing n changed fork oil.
                        Paid service: 350
                        Fork Oil : 410

The svc guy said that they used motul fork oil and the forks requires a total of 4 bottles of oil. Is this correct?
Thats why they billed me 410 for only fork oil separately. The paid service charge is only mentioned in the computer generated bill

I'm using motul 7100 10w40, it's the best oil after trying others like shell, valvoline etc. You can buy oil filter for ₹40 at Suzuki showroom. Use diesel to clean chain with Card board placed between chain and rear rim. For lubing use motul chain lube.

Check if water is entering into engine through air filter.
