You are not alone. Please go back a few posts. I am facing same issues. No help from SVC. Registered a complaint on website. No resolution yet.

            Last try before mailing.

And my gear system is also very bad, many Gixxer have hard gear shift problem, but mine is worst, gear is getting struck in between while upshifting...thinking of changing it under warranty, Is there any way for me to do it?
If it's found faulty and need replacement, mention that your bike is still under warranty and get it replaced. All you have to do is just pressurise them until your job is done.

Only after something is deemed to be replaced it can be claimed using warranty. They would not replace it under warranty just because you want. Mention this in your mail to Suzuki too.

              Sure, thank you.

Yesterday I left my bike at SMK Suzuki Porur, showroom where I bought my bike. They said they have some machine to test the engine efficiency, which will find out the correct reason for poor mileage. They told they will call me once they find the fault in my bike, hope this will solve all the problems.

Also told about issues with gear shifting, hope they will permanently solve the issue.

Bike will be delivered on Wednesday, waiting for it.

The Service Manager called me up and asked to send him the photos of areas where there was rusting.

After seeing photos he calls me back again and says that SVC can't do anything about rusting.

I have tweeted the photos to Suzuki2wheelers and they retweeted saying they want time to look into the issue.

Guys.. All of sudden i feel I'm getting a drop in mileage.. I used to get 56kmpl and now I'm getting 50kmpl...

No change in engine oil.. Just adjusted the clutch to default..

I filled up my tank yesterday fully (total 10.25 ltrs) and today the fuel indicator shows 1 bar down.. I have done 78kms since refilling.. Can anyone say 1 bar down means how much litres have been consumed?? Any rough estimates??

                        Hi Guys,

Based on the guidance of few of you, I got the blue gixxer last friday. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have booked the bike through Snapdeal. Purchase is smooth without any hassle. At first they gave me just insurance as free, extended warranty is not free. As I argued that in snapdeal it is mentioned that extended warranty is free, they gave me Zero depreciation insurance+Teflon coating+some other accessory worth 410(they mentioned 'e paymt' in the list - forgot what they said) as free.

So for guys who contemplate on going through snapdeal, my advice is pls go through snapdeal, save some money and buy a helmet in that money. If you got entire amount in hand, you will get the bike atmost in 2 days.

                        Thanks again,
                        Prasanna

Maybe the clutch free play isn't enough. Regarding LCD display over the number of bars, there isn't a fixed amount for every bar. It depends. Best way is to fill up again and see how much petrol went in and divide 78 km by that.

Any local mech will straighten it.

I get one bar drop at about ~80km and second bar at about ~190km, my mileage over 4 full tanks is about 40-42km/l with mixed city riding.
Recently I've been riding at high gears more often, got the first bar drop at 93km, second bar at 218km [emoji16]
