          "MY PROBLEM IS MILEAGE"

I am getting only '30-33kmpl' with riding speed of 55-60kmph...'25-27kmpl' with riding speed of 70-80kmph.

There can be some reduction in fuel efficiency due to some reasons, maybe less by 5kmpl or something, but I hardly get 30kmpl with a 150cc bike!!

All factors reasoning for poor mileage are very normal ( AFR screw settings, Timing chain settings, tyre pressure, etc.,) couldn't find what is the reason for poor mileage.

Cloaked 5437km, 3 services got over, major complaint during 3rd service is poor mileage, SVC guys told we have adjusted things it will be fine, but no change, even SVC guys couldn't sort out what might be the reason for poor mileage.

          Comment on this ASAP!!

          Thanks in advance.
Lodge a complaint with Suzuki India. You should have done that already. Do not mention whatever you did to the bike - opening engine and stuff. Just mention how persistent the problem is. That should do.

There is going to be a day when gixxer fi and normal gixxers will be compared :P This is the beginning :P

Well, I hope they also increase the power and torque output for the extra money customers pay for fuel injection [:

          Update: So, something more detailed.

Fi is present only on sf wth motogp livery. Gixxer gets only rear disc. No power output because of fi in the sf. Only better fuel efficiency and throttle feeling.

Here is the article I found recently:

We've got nothing to compare or fight :P well, rear disc maybe? :P I don't know how its useful :P

What difference did you note while using this plug? Was your spark plug over heating?
Also price of this plug is lower than the default plug which costs Rs 194/-

You can show to the SVC regarding paint chip off. However, as far as I know, it won't cause any damage or effect the operation of the motorcycle.

Reserve to reserve...filling 2 to 3 liters of petrol.

Yes I am true...I asked for 100ml test method, SVC guys said it will not be accurate and told to check by normal reserve to reserve method.

Go to the nearest bike workshop and ask then to do a 100 ml test.then see the mileage

Yes I will mail Suzuki...SVC guys promised me that they will completely check all issues without any labour charges by this Sunday, waiting for it.
                                Last try before mailing.

And my gear system is also very bad, many Gixxer have hard gear shift problem, but mine is worst, gear is getting struck in between while upshifting...thinking of changing it under warranty, Is there any way for me to do it?
