I've been looking for the service workshop manual for gixxer sf or gixxer 155. Tried searching here and on the internet but could not locate. It would great if someone can share a link of the workshop manual.

            Thanks,

Looks like you didn't give your bike proper break in. Ideal break in for most bikes is 1400+ KMs for Gixxer its 1600 KM. 3000 KM are not enough to make judgment on the bike, give it some more time. I agree on rear disk break part.. check with SVC guys it can be fixed. gears being tight is something intrinsic to gixxer even im not able to get rid of it after 13000 KM :/ ..

Guys in an earlier post I had talked about the rear wheel spinning when in the center stand with the clutch pulled.in..the SVC told that the clutch is overload and need to remove the clutch plate add more oil and put it back..the bike has only run in 10500km..are the clutch plate really gone.

Can the wheel-spinning be stopped using hand with little force?

                          a) it is normal behaviour - every other bike I know does this - check it . something fishy called hydrostatic drag .
                          b) if they weren't joking , your SVC is dishonest . i.e bunch of cheaters living off stealing from honest hard-working bikers

surely yes get the drain bolt and it's washer replaced , check the threads on the drain-hole itself for stripping / breaks / unevenness . Repair properly . Losing oil is a very bad thing for a bike .
I'll guess it's the same SVC center guys that damaged your drain bolt ?

Yep the same SVC...will get the drain bolt and washer replaced during the next service.won't be going to that SVC anymore.

                              #Polish

hi guys..For those needing help in polishing this might help. Bought Motul Shine and Go polish a couple of days back. Excellent shine. Takes very little time. Just spray over the bike, spread eveny using a damp cloth and then wipe out with the help of a micro fiber cloth. Earlier I was using carnauba wax polish. It is also a very good polish however it takes a lot of time. You need to dedicate around 1 hour for applying one layer and then polishing. Motul's shine is better than carnauba. My bike is 2 years old.
