Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Yes thats the bleeding procedure, I'm aware of that process as I own othe disc brake bikes. Just waiting for them to resolve it.Originally posted by madelikeagun View PostJust my view. My gixxer is 750kms old. Rear disk works fine. The bike was delivered with improper rear disk adjustment. I fixed the free play by reading the manual.
Somewhere in youtube i saw a similar problem you have mentioned on a honda cbr 1000. They had to bleed the brake oil completely, remove and refit the disk pad and refill brake oil. Then pumped the brake pedal 7 or 8 times till the oil passed through the system and braked applied.
I hope your issue gets fixed.

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
The issue may be with carb, air filter or afr setting. Or any other reason which I'm not aware of. But I'm not able to get the exact issue. I told about the issue to service center staff from last 2 services. Even they don't have a clue. Pathetic after sales service in Mysore. I'll complain to Suzuki after next service due in August. I think changing oil won't do much help. Are you sure?if you plan to change the oil to 300v, share your experience after riding for 100km. ThanksOriginally posted by HeManu Yeluri View PostSame here, i want to change engine oil in next due to motul 300v. i heard that after change its smoothLast edited by Shamanth Gowda; 06-18-2016, 01:42 PM.
