      Don't worry. RC is already advanced enough with ABS, slipper clutch, dual projector lamps, DRL, fully digital and so many.
      so upgrades will be mostly minor.
      Giving new decals and paint scheme is welcome, because that way our old rc becomes unique [emoji4] [emoji4] .

        Oh yes RC already has those things, most of the time they add one of this and launch as a upgrade.

            No bro.... The 2017 rc390 cames with ride by wire and euro iv... Safety norms... This is confirmed by svc guy who is called by company for new bike training.... And he is my friend also... He told me that get ready to sell ur bike and get new one with advanced electronics and engine... And last thing is that 2017 version comes with triple camshaft... For better engine response and matches to new safety norms...

              It doesn't say anything about triple camshaft. Just the ride by wire, probably minor fairing changes with new color scheme and adjustable levers.
              Wonder how many of these will make it to our shores

                All thats looks good. but honestly who needs ride by wire? Also bike already satisfying saftey norms. Regarding engine, its already @ its peak for performance, they might add some smoothness. thats it.
                Its 2 years and I am happy with current RC version. Need to add few DIY/accessories and bike is perferct. I can easily maintain her for next 7-8 years without much issues.

                    Surely you can expect super madness from KTM because backend is driven by Bajaj which always proven them by indroducing something unexpected and outof box.
                    duke 200, 390, rc390 are the best examples. (compare with mahindra mojo, yamaha r3 or honda and you will realize how fast and early bajaj has launched these bikes. whereas yamaha and honda have bikes in these catagories but they never though of introducing them to indian market and eventually KTM-bajaj taken all the way)

                      But don't forget Bajaj Pulsar 220.

                        I wonder what third cam shaft will do with earlier camshaft already handling 2 inlet and outlet valves, so I don't think it is true, secondly third camshaft concept is generally utilised in multicylinder engines as Horax V6, also euro iv norms are not for safety but emission norms for vehicle to contain emission of CO2 and toxic gas in the vehicles.
