since you mention smoke from exhaust, i wouldn't be surprised if it was the worse case.
Let them check it and lets know what they have to say. First time maybe clean everything and put it back together with fresh engine oil and observe for a couple of days.
    Thanks!

The smoke was not from the exhaust but because of the oil dripping and falling on the hot exhaust pipe. Let's wait, I am going to ask them what they found.

This is the screw/rivet marked in Red I don't know how to remove to take out the projector. Does someone know how it can be removed?

There is a provision for excess oil drainage from the air filter box. Oil in the filter is caused by blowby from the engine. What I would suggest is, clean the air filter box, remove the drain plug, clear the air filter box, should solve the issue. Do keep a tab on your oil level.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

You can do it on your own, using Allen screw driver from tool box

Try and see,😶😶 if it vibrates after removing, use double tape and rubber in that gap🤗🤗

Here is an example of how to decode vin on the indian ktm's

The 8th character gives the month and the 10th character gives the year. This gives the manufactured month and year.
It might be different for your country, but no harm cross checking it with the vin on your current rc200.

Use double sided tape or you can try thick rubber slices from any tyre repair shops.
