No. The bolt i am talking about can be accessed from the bottom. Take your motorcycle to the svc they should be able to easily help you.

Few of my friend have this.
And one of them been to Ladakh recently and he says this tyre like like a stone [emoji23]

I'd say if you're going to invest around 5k for this tyre. Why not some more and get the Metzeler itself.

Ladakh is not the terrain to form an opinion on this tire!
We have the habit of 'expecting' one thing that does 'everything' !
And this tire doesn't cost 5k. Its costs less than 4k for the rear and less than 3k for front.
This is a slightly softer compound than the michelin radial and should not be compared with the metz (which is the softest of em all).

Goto to your local seat shop and ask them to add an extra layer of foam. There are a couple of types of foam, so check them out and give it a try. This is the cheapest way to go for some cushioning. Other options are using gel padding or a gel seat that goes on top of the existing seat(And is removable).. but since the rc has a tiny seat, it doubt the possibility/comfort of using a removable gel seat on top.

Nope. The opinion is not based on Ladakh.
Ladakh was mentioned just to tell that he's using the tyre at its fullest.

Mumbai - Ladakh - Mumbai. That's a lot of road and highway kilometre's too.
And I'm not like those expecting everything out of one tyre. [emoji23]

Sorry but I'm a bit confused which tyre you're talking about here?
I was explaining him about Michelin itself. You're mistaking it for MRF.

I was talking about the mrf c1. The guy had asked 'how is the mrf c1 compared to Michelin'. So yeh, the mrf is softer than the Michelin and also flexes a bit more than the Michelin. One important advantage of the Michelin is that it's not as puncture prone as the mrf or the metz.

                    Oh. That's true.

I was calling Michelin as a Stone. I'm currently using MRF and only extreme cornering, wet roads and puncture prone is the concern I get. Rest is just fun at this price.

Done with 3rd service today at 16,033 km (1.3 year)

My free service was lapsed because I forgot it's a free service.

So total money paid is "2576₹".

                      Engine oil change
                      Oil filter change
                      Fine Fuel filter change
                      Rear brake pad
                      And paid service charges

Other 3-4 small things which could have been charged easily were done free of charge.

Service was done in front of me and as always I say svc is awesome, the mechanics are awesome and manager along with the senior mechanic they are all super awesome.
I still feel bad when some people (mostly from south India side) are not satisfied by their KTM svc.

Try talking to them nicely and see if things work out nice.

                        Hi friends

Need some advice for the resale value of RC390 .
I got my RC390 in Nov14 but soon i travelled out of country and now it is rarely used like 70-80 km in a month ,my friend who is using it is also travelling out of country so unfortunately i need to sell her off...IT is in pristine condition ,scratchless, 3000km ridden, serviced as per schedule and insured till nov 17 .It also has very high quality ASIC based HID installed which cost me 5500 INR with softer clutch (used a part to do so i have mentioned about that in the forum earlier). Also want to mention it is never abused so engine is in a very good condition.
Can I ask fellow member to advise who have idea around it how much resale value i should expect .

                        Cheers

Once you'll open up the stock one. You'll get 90% idea on how to make it, it will also help you for the exact dimensions and to get the holes at appropriate spot. Show the stock one to the welder guy to make him easy understand.

Also, if you're going to use normal iron that is prone to rust. Make sure to use primer, anti-rust coating and then a black paint in the end to finish it once for all.
And use stainless steel screws & bolts only if you don't want problems for future.

Today I engaged rear brake a little harder than usual in case to avoid an dog and It felt like something broke and made sound as if something broke, but later on checking nothing had happened.
                                Has anyone experienced this before?
