Well I ended up paying only 8 bucks for some rubber washer, but still there is still vibration from the DRL's, guess I'll only have to rectify it.
    UPDATE.
Went out for a decent drive of Kms and found that they haven't even done a thing to the bike. They've just took my bike in the name of test run and handed over the keys to me. The bike front part vibes is still the same.
They just lied that they've put in work to it.
Obviously they won't do anything for free even the mistake is on their side.
    Bitter experience.

Man why don't you wait there while they do their job?

Yesterday I spent 10 to 4 means 6 hrs @ svc to get serving done and replace air filter box under warranty in front of me.

Yes I have option to leave bike their and collect it tomorrow, but I want peace of mind so I waited there for 6hrs.

New Air filter box is of jul 2016 made.

Did you got new air filter also along with the new box?

It's "Air Filter Assembly" and in that packing KTM provides a new air filter too.

Service centre tomorrow. It will be covered under warranty. Do not fall for "Sir you have to pay".

This is just pathetic build quality of the RC. I've got a few friends with that issue too. Why can't they rectify it? I get that the bike vibes but still. They've ironed out all the issues on the Duke, why not the RC?

Its not urgent.Don't worry. It won't leak. Its coolant over flow pipe and will leak if you add more coolant than little bit max markings.

A year ago I was in a dilemma whether to pick up a RC390 or a Duke 390. After a lot of deliberation I pick up the Duke. The slipper clutch was the major deciding factor. The other being the riding position. Now I feel I made a mistake. Now before I ask my question, let me advise you that I am already aware that selling the Duke and buying an RC is the easiest option. So don't waste time giving that suggestion because if I wanted to do it I would have done it and not asked here.

So the Duke and the RC share a lot of parts; the engine, swingarm, wheels, brakes, suspension, electrical etc. The chassis I guess is the same too with the RC having a few pieces welded on to mount the fairing which makes it possible to convert a Duke to a RC and vice versa. Now there are 2 ways of doing it.
                          1. Buy all the body panels, seat, lights, handlebars, tank etc and fit on the Duke. Now I know this is expensive but I want to know how much.
                          2. Find a RC owner (390 or 200 does not matter) who is wishing he picked up a Duke instead. Swap the necessary parts and both are happy.

I'm not sure if I posted this query here or in the Duke 390 thread or some other forum but posting again as I didn't receive any suitable replies.
                          I own a rc 390 and my cousin owns a d390
I might be able to help u out.

It is possible to convert duke into RC but it will be costly
The fornt forks on rc has different travel and setup compared to duke, the one on rc is very stiff.

Steering angle is different from duke

Wiring is different...I mean all the sensors and stuff are same but wire length and their placement is different.

Different mounting point for fuel tank, and battery

Rc has a longer and up-swept sub frame.
Rear suspension runs different setup than duke, duke's is more soft

If you carry on with duke's chassis it will cost you a lot of money and time
What im suggesting is get a rc's chassis, its not that costly
Last time I checked it was arnd 13k INR
That way you dont have to weild anything but you will have to buy a new tank, do something with the Existing wiring or buy a new one.

Overall its going to be costly
Try to source a scrapped rc/seized rc and take parts from it

My rear indicator is broken and stopped working. Are the NS200s indicators a direct replacement? Or should i go with the KTM ones itself?

You can go with Rs 200 indicators but the best option would be to opt for stock indicators.

Thanks Syed. RS200 indicators are not exact replacement? They look somewhat the same but bajaj ones should be cheaper. So I'm trying to find out if its worthy to go for KTM ones.
