you could try this before going for any engine repairs (don't let them buffoons touch the engine until you first diagnose the issue/rule out leaks)
try this:
1. remove the belly pan, better maybe all the fairings too!
2. Go over teh bike and note down the spots where you see oil stains (the side stand area will have some gunk from the chain lubing, but sometimes can be overlooked by the failure of the output shaft seal)
3. Give the bike a through wash with some shampoo/dish wash soap.. all over and under the bike.
4. Now drive around (without the fairing/bellypan) for a couple of days and observe for any leaks/oil stains.
Even better would be if you could do an oil change (drain entire oil, replace with fresh oil and filter) and then the above steps.
And i'd appreciate if you could post some pictures of the current oil/oil level and of the oil leaks (is that what you mean by 'there is oil on the engine everywhere')
Hopefully you are checking the oil the correct way:
Idle the bike for a minute or once you are back from a ride
turn off ignition, wait for 30 seconds
check oil level with the bike on a flat surface (NOT on side stand or paddock stand) - ask someone to hold it upright.
Edit: Just noticed the pics. That is not normal. Looks like the gasket on the clutch and magnet side need replacement at the minimum! That shouldn't be major work. Just don't let them open the head/block or split the crank case.
an oil leak is probably what is causing the loss and not burning.. which is a good sign.
