I'm not ATGATT but if i am gonna be riding on the road i wear a helmet even if it is a one minute ride. I trust no one!

And the techspec snakeskin reached my hands after a long wait, and boy i should say, it does help me a lot especially when i have this thick thighs which gives me ache at the knees from gripping the tank too hard during long rides.
Applied the pads yesterday and left the bike alone till today morning as they had mentioned in their instructions that we have to let the glue set in for at least 12-24 hours before we start to use it extensively.

And today morning woke up to a call that i was hoping to get for a really long time, a call from my friend saying we have to go and pick up his new bike from the detailing shop. boy oh boy i was doubly excited, to finally see the new bike and also to test out the effect of the gripsters.

                  I have an annoying problem,

Sometimes when shifting up from 1 to 2, the bike goes into neutral and as i twist the throttle it goes way beyond 7.5k RPM, it happens occasionally but as i am running her in i am always worried when it happens. It happened thrice today and it is happening quite often now. It's annoying and concerning that's all. Does it happen to anyone else?

happens man.. get the gear lever lowered a bit and use a little more force to shift up from 1 to 2.

I am using more force from 1 to 2 whenever i can remember doing so but sometimes i forget and this happens and the rpms jump. Will try using more force as often as i can so its a habit.

try adjusting the gear lever a bit lower and drive for a few days.. if not try to raise it a bit. it might help you from getting stuck in neutral.

I think your lever is about to come off. This same thing happened to me twice when it was dangling on last few threads. Check on the backside of the lever where it connects to the linkage.
