All the bolts came loose with course of time.
On the faring, over the speedo, windshield, mirrors and the most unusual of them all, the disc brake.! This kind of stuff happens only in bajaj bikes and on Indian roads.! Bajaj has to be more careful and lessen up the vibrations before any major incident with anyone comes up. I guess I couldn't have gone another 100 kms with those bolts hanging.

This is a Part of a regular checkup, but this stuff shouldn't happen and the checkups should be at service times only though. [emoji52]

I was nearing 15k kms, riding throug roads with no roads here in kerala.
Not even once i faced any issue of bolts getting loose smthng.. Did few 300-600 kms ride!

        No issues faced.

May be because i have a svc with some experienced mechanics.

I have been riding on decent roads though. Not much bumpy except some local city roads.
The thing to note is that the brakes were never worked upon. They were factory fitted and i have done 3.5k kms so far only.
I did hear that some bolts come loose on bajaj bikes but didn't expect the brakes or other important bolts.

Svc won't probably do it... Because it's just an unwanted headache for them.still you can ask them.. Also if the ring you buy is not waterproof, it will short circuit on the presence of water.. That's another thing you should consider..

I suggest you keep the mud guards... The pillion would suffer so much if u remove them.. And if you ride solo.. Other riders tailing you will eat dirt.. And personally I think the bike looks classy with the mud guard.. For almost all bolts.. Use the Allen keys provided with toolkit. It works for these simple bolts.. Cheers

I didn't get any Allen keys with the tool box so that's why I am asking! I already have a 5mm Allen key which I brought from a tool shop but the same key doesn't work for the mudguard ! So please tell me the size (mm) of the Allen key which is required for removing the mudguard! Please!

Hey guys... Just checking in... Any ideas on a different mounting solution for the front license plate holder.. It doesn't feel OK with the stock mounting on the windscreen...

I am looking for suggestions... (legal ones).. I am open to fabricating brackets in other parts...

                                Thank you for your time..
