Yes he overtook another bike blindly and came infront of me.Originally posted by leech View PostIamAditya That is so sad.. I love the red RS the most.
How did the accident happen bro? Did the jazz overtake on a curve?
Then steped onto accelerator instead of brakes, he was a noob who usually has a driver, he himself said these things.

It's cruel, when we have to suffer for no fault of ours. Reason I asked is I just dodged another idiot who was overtaking an auto on a curve on the Mavoor -Kozhikode road. The only reason I am here typing this is because I slowed down to 40kmph and went extreme left before taking the curve, even though the car wasn't in sight.Originally posted by IamAditya View PostThat was his wife's car, he took for the first time.
People laugh at me for taking my armored jacket everywhere I go biking, even to church, but I just give them a cold smile. It's war out there.

A bullet will just damage the car more, it won't be better than rs200 in emergency evasive manoeuvres.
Besides, every Himalayan/500 I've seen here has overtaken me, with the rider looking at me and wondering what this fool is doing at 50-60 kmph, that too on CBR. Truth is, I'm terrified. Early today morning some grandma thought it was a great day to pluck her coconuts, so she sent up a climber and bam, that guy cuts off a bunch of coconuts which fall from 30 feet high on the middle of the highway without warning. All I was thinking at that moment was what was the legal penalty for chucking a coconut at someone.Last edited by leech; 02-19-2017, 11:42 PM.

IamAditya, glad that you are okay. Medical expense would cross 1 lakh? I hope you're not so seriously injured. It's not time to ponder about what relatives or close friends say, it's always the customary. But, try getting the expenses from the car owner himself. Also, was there any FIR filed against the driver? That could come in handy in claiming expenses. Take care, and get well soon.
Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END

Take care brother, you've been unlucky ,as leech has mentioned our roads are death traps with the number of idiots on the road, I mean who gives these guys licenses, every time I see a squid I feel like laughing, cause he thinks hes superior in racing, I rather just chill at 45-60 at 4th in the city all day long . There must be stricter enforcement of rules, even one ways or signals , I remember my accident last year, when a couple cut off a indica from the left and I was on right side of the indica, looking to overtake when I could, but had hardly any time they suddenly appeared in front of me and bham, I was probably going at 50 or something, the guy got up and tried to say I was over speeding n all, his wife had a head injury but nothing serious thankfully, when I told him where dafuq is his helmet , he shut his gob and his wife immediately scolded him that he should have waited instead of being in a rush, soo I too learnt a lesson here, every intersection is a accident waiting to happen if your blinded by a vehicle soo better to be behind by a good length, i feel the safest way of riding is not slow or fast but that sweet spot in between.
