Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
If somebody can start/run your bike every week, then no need of disconnecting the battery.Originally posted by Rover200 View PostDo I need to empty the petrol tank?
Also, somewhere I have read to disconnect the battery wires. Is it necessary?
But if the bike will not be started for the duration, it is absolutely necessary to disconnect your battery and keep it in a cool, dry area without direct exposure to sunlight. In this case, it would be a good idea to empty the petrol tank as well.
Also, when you come back, make sure that you keep the engine idling for atleast 2 min after starting the bike. Don't just start the bike and ride. This is necessary to ensure that the engine oil is well circulated throughout all parts in the engine (which would have become totally dry by now).Riding a bike is like flying.... All your senses are alive...

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Hello guys... I faced an issue yesterday with my Pulsar RS 200... While riding it in traffic bike was not able to go above 6k rpm.. Even after I gave full throttle rpm was fluctuating at 5k and 6k rpm...
If anyone knows the reason why this is happening please let me know...
Well today my bike is running perfectly but I'm worried why this happened yesterday and it might can happen in future so just want to know the reason and solution for it..

It's possible that the ECU does allow the bike to go above 6k rpm if the bike is too hot, to safeguard the engine.
When was the last time you got the fuel pump and petrol tank cleaned ?
Our petrol bunks do land up having a lot of dirt that sometime chokes up and gives this sort of feeling.---

I figured out why my bike wasn't going above 5k rpm.... I checked my coolant level n found that there was not a single drop on coolant so I refilled there coolant but still engine is getting overheated [emoji22] [emoji45]Originally posted by ashwin_dutt View PostHello guys... Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Suddenly my bike is vibrating like hell guys. Recently i switched to Motul 7100. All were good and smooth. But for the past 15 days, i am really suffering.
Especially the tank.. My god.. Sometimes i think of leaving the bike on the roadside and start walking. As a man, you wouldn't like to ride when you feel heavy vibration between your legs.
Tomorrow going to service centre. Will report the after effects..

Even I get vibration both sides of the tank also on the foot rest. So far I haven't find any solution for that. Did you visit the service centre? Please note these problems will not be there when the engine is cold.Originally posted by shanthasoroobanr View PostSuddenly my bike is vibrating like hell guys. Recently i switched to Motul 7100. Hi bro. I visited the service centre yesterday. They inspected the bike and found a panel bend in the left side.Originally posted by 2008venkatesh View PostEven I get vibration both sides of the tank also on the foot rest. They told me to wait for next service and they promised to completely fix all the problems.
But i dont know why vibrations suddenly started to develop like hell. My back seat also shakes. Yesterday i sat on the pillion seat and i was like [emoji37]
PS. Second service done on January. Have to wait 4k kms more for next service.

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
There was no point of slowing down either for me, because the car guy was driving like in USA, on his right side , i was doing 60 kmph , I couldn't do anything, not even brake, because that jazz came lightening quick from nowhere.Originally posted by kany1991 View PostWtf its Scarry af [emoji52]

My health- discharged from hospital 4 days back, total 15 days in hospital,
Got fed up with life actually..
Am just 19, doesn't mean am a squid or traffic racer, I am a responsible rider.
I couldn't even sit for the first 10 days, urine tube, passing stools on Adult Diaper, nurse cleaning it! [emoji40] [emoji40] [emoji40] HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After 10 days ortho Doctor said, you can sit and stand, so urine tube removed, Stool pan instead of Diapers, can't walk for next 6 weeks the least as suggested by the Doctor because of 3 small pelvic fracture (had mentioned earlier).
And Strict NO RIDING motorcycle for one year.
Trust me [emoji115] [emoji115] [emoji115] this is the con of a riding a MOTORCYCLE (possibility being in this Situation).
No matter what I will ride again!!
RIDE SAFE ALL...
Cheers.Last edited by IamAditya; 03-02-2017, 02:35 PM.
