Yes. There may be a chance of excessive lubrication. Just drive for 2 days. If the noise not reduced, take it to service centre. Also check the front sprocket area whether clean or dirty.

As per manual air filter to be replaced at 20K kms. But see the condition of air filter at 6K kms.

We might have discussed many times about buzzing noise from the front. In my bike the noise came from ignition switch. After taking out the ignition switch, I shake the switch and tik tik noise came. Then I opened the Ignition switch and found grease and spring. I expanded the spring manually and put back. Then applied grease fully and fixed. Now noise gone. It is a very big task.

The front sprocket is clean. If excessive lubrication is the cause then i will wait for some time and will observe the sound.

      Thanks for your help.

              Its easy.

CONDITION: Engine is COLD. NEVER change coolant when engine is HOT.

              1. Open the drain bolt under the Engine.
              2. Loosen the radiator cap for faster drain.
              3. Remove radiator cap.
              4. Remove reservoir cap.
              5. Flush radiator with running water or distilled water till the old coolant is cleared and only clear water drains out.
              6. Close drain bolt. Do not over torque or tighten it.
              7. Start filling radiator with Coolant slowly until full.
              8. Now start the engine for 10 seconds. You'll notice a drop in the coolant level. Top up again. Do this until the coolant level doesn't drop in the radiator.
              9. Once filled, close radiator cap.
              10. Top up reservoir between MIN and MAX. Over the next few hours/days of running if you notice a drop in coolant, just top it off till the mark again.

Above 100+km/hr its impossible to get 37-40.
                    Hardly you get 33,

                      • Need help in choosing Service center for RS200 in Bangalore

                        Hello Everyone,
I am about to finish 500 kms on my RS200 and need to go for my first service.
Most Bajaj service stations in Bangalore have a bad reputation for looting customers and poor service.
I would appreciate any recommendations on good service stations in bangalore that don't loot you and ruin your bike.
