Guys please HELP ME in this as I have booked Pulsar RS200 which I will take delivery by 18 Feb,So kindly share and help me with this Questions.
1)Are the Stock tyres MRF grippy enough in Wet and Dry?
Is it advisable to put Pirelli sports demon(and can I get any benefits if I take delivery of Pulsar RS200 and straight go to change Pirelli tyres, will he exchange I don't mind paying more after deduction of MRF tyres.)
2)can I upgrade size of both front and rest tyre?
3)Should I buy Hdfc two wheeler insurance as they are charging Rs:2100 whereas Bajaj alliance charges Rs:3560 as Sai Service had included the insurance charge in my total bill.

Sound and vibration at different speeds are not usual niggles. Normally owners get a screeching sound while pushing the bike.
Please get it checked at the SVC. Normally its an issue of misaligned brake pad or dirt accumalated between the pad and disc. But the sound doesn't occur at higher speeds, leave alone vibrations!

Unless you really take corners at higher than usual speeds the stock tyres are pretty good in both dry and wet conditions.

Is it advisable to put Pirelli sports demon(and can I get any benefits if I take delivery of Pulsar RS200 and straight go to change Pirelli tyres, will he exchange I don't mind paying more after deduction of MRF tyres.)

Pirelli SD are very grippy tyres and good for corner cravings but they are soft compound tyres and will wear out faster and will be more prone to punctures. If you dont mind these 2 issues then you can go ahead and replace it as soon as you get your bike since longer you delay the less price you'll get for your old MRF.

2)can I upgrade size of both front and rest tyre?
Up sizing your tyres will most definitely void your warranty unless your Dealership assures you that they wont bother with an upsize. If they agree then the best size for the rear tyre is 150/60/r17 and best size for the front is 110/70/r17
Use this link to compare sizes

Buying insurance outside always works out to be cheaper than dealer provided. If the dealer can match the price than great ,else you can carry on with insurance of your choice.

To be frank I had started reading the thread in the 'use and throw' objective , that is just to complete the reading and kick the thread but after reading this thread , I couldnt resist myself from posting in the thread and getting interaction with all the great people on the thread.

Maybe the brake has not set in or there is quite a lot of dust on the brake pads. You can show this to the service centre folks and they will take care of it quickly.

              1. If ypu want grip, try getting the pirelli angel GT 130-70 R17, new tyre launched for apache RTR200 4V. Reviews praised it, and has same dimensions as ours
2.use stock profile any tryes of your choice.
              3. Check if both insurance cover is same, bajaj one might be "full Dep" so high cost? Check with dealer ask him about it, you are paying money, you have fight to inquire.

Without stickers bike actually looks Great as I Loved Metallic White without stickers and asked the company to give me without stickers....So after watching Black color without stickers looks awesome.
Just 2 problems weight should have been 150kg rather 165kg and Rear tyre should have been 140 in size rather then 130.
Thanks for clearing my doubts about stock tyres.

The squealing sound is actually coming from front disc brake. Took the bike for the first service and thr the mechanic opened the brake assembly and rubbed the brake pads against the sand paper. The sound vanished but after 10 km of ride it started to creep in. Also, the sound disappears whenever I wash the front disc brake with water and then creeps in when the brake dries out. Don't know what to do. Is thr any kind of simple solution that i can do or should i take the bike again at the service center?

It's white and red. Seems like the camera wasn't able to capture the right tones.

Actually my heart is with this bike but after reading this thread and coming to know about the minor problems in this bike I am thinking to drop the idea of this bike.

Should I drop the plan or not
