thanks man..the bike is amazing, very usable in the city (b2b traffic) aswell.....heat is barely felt when on the move..but during standstill the temp goes up considerably high, once the bike starts moving the heat vanishes & the temp drops very quickly!! aaaaaaaand the bike doesnt feel heavy at all (atleast to me)..gotto say the gearing is very very tall! thats all i could say for a week of ownership!

Well here in Delhi, there is a proper cake cutting ceremony with a photo shoot while handing over the keys, some snacks too!

Can anyone compare between Street triple and 600i. I know one is 3 another is 4 cylinder. But I am mostly interested in daily usability and track usage once every 3 or 4 week. Real life experiences please..not interested in spec sheet comparison.

Honestly, it depends on whether or not you can afford the extra 2 lakhs.

Well let's assume theoretically I can. What is it the real life verdict of owning one or either. Or are you suggesting they are essentially the same except for the price point

No. I'm suggesting that it is an unfair comparison. The Striple is priced the same as the TNT899. So if you can increase your budget, also look at the 899.

I can just speak on the daily usability perspective alone. I for once just took a TD here in Chennai on the ST. Felt like riding a FZ with a bigger displacement and more power. Its was damn flickable in city B2B traffic. I could easy take U-Turn, not so tight, but easily.

Due to budget constraints, I settled with the 600i, Its heavy, you can feel in stop-go traffic and while taking U-turns, it is flickable, but not so much like the ST due to it 50Kg of extra meat in it.

I did feel some heat in both the machines while taking TD, not like what you feel from a liter class, but manageable for sometime, but once you get stuck in traffic after 30 mins of running, when the temp soaring at 90C, you definitely would wish for a open road asap.

If budget is not a constaint, go for ST, if you love the Inline 4 note, you know what to do. So many things we can speak about. If you can spend 8+ and you need a Inline 4, go for Z800.
