ST is one of the best selling naked bikes in the middleweight segment. For Indian roads, the ST sold in India is VFM.
I guess adequate is the right word, instead of VFM.

      May be, may be not.

Power adequacy is a matter of preference. From my perspective, taking into consideration of the power, price, build quality and as an overall package the ST a VFM for me.

Are we paying any less for the product to be treated as second grade citizens.

Stop settling and demand more, we have had enough with every company taking us for a ride and dumping cheap stuff upon us.

From phone components used in flagship devices to crap construction i10, Suzuki Swift and a long list of cars which dosn't even confer to 1 star safety ratings. While European and American versions of the same are 4 star rated. Model revision in the name of sticker job and color schemes who are we kidding?

Why should we put up with this? Ignore these manufacturer's. If you can't provide quality at par with what they provide with people who live in other geos. Then why queue up behind them.

For me reliability is also major factor and looking at current Engine stalling fiasco , ST is not desirable machine as of now. Most of the owners in India are facing the issue and Triumph is yet to solve it.

Correct, first the detuned engine issue where they clearly cheated customers and ended up paying lakhs of rupees as a compensation when sued legally.

Now the engine stalling issue that has stirred up a storm lately, as its a high risk when the bike literally dies in the middle of the road and imagine that when you are doing triple digit speeds.

For me the ST is an over priced bike..far from VFM.

ST is a beautiful piece of machine, but somehow does not give the feel of a big bike. It has loads of power however I felt that it is puny in size when I sat on it. I am 6 ft and I am big in size. I would not want to spend loads of money on something that does not feel bigger than a Karizma

The underpowered engine is such a deal breaker...for 9.5 definitely expect better performance.

Hi Guys.. I am very new to this Forum..

I have booked white color TNT600i in Bangalore. I am expecting delivery next week

Frankly, 115 pages in this forum gave me adequate thoughts to go ahead and book this Bike. It enclosed all the Pros and Cons. Eventually, I found more pros than cons so i booked it.

I am basically from Chennai so I usually travel between Bangalore and Chennai on alternate weekends in Bike (Been doing that for the past 1 Year and 10 Months in my Hyosung GT250r). If anyone would be kind enough to join me in their group rides at Bangalore or Chennai, do let me know

Thanks Ankit_Rana on your thoughts about IXIL Exhaust, I have Fit it too

Being a new comer in Super Bike Category, I might pester with a lot of doubts, please bear with me

Finally, Happy to be one of the Benellian!!

There are many groups, depends on what you are looking for and finding your fit.

For starters there's BORG (Benelli official group, which is preety useless atleast in Chennai)

Then you have CTC (register and you will get invites /selection process for each rides etc), xBhp- Chennai & Blr groups. Then in Chennai we have a private 2/3 private whatsapp groups. Most of them are closed groups and once they get to know the rider is when you get added.

PM me your number, will add you to a couple of groups. Come for rides and can introduce you to other groups aswell... PM me your number
