Take the original documents along with xerox with you
Generally Attestation is done when some one is declaring on your behalf that your documents are valid
Now if you can show them the original documents and then give them the xerox copy that will do to
However i don't get the point why dont give them the attested copies rightaway

Here you go. However the it definitely looks better in person. Its a personal thing but the I would choose black over blue anyday and have got great feedback from everyone on the color.

                  Agreed
Given the much firm base and popularity bajaj, hero, Honda and yamaha has it is not easy to zero on a sf
I have seen people on threads
Asking whether they should sf or other bikes? They finally landed on the "other" bike

                  The reason?

Sf lacks any upgrades but fairing
So some people didnt wanted to churn out an extra 10 k for the cosmetic upgrade (yes I know the windblast and stability on higher speeds but remember not everyone's a racer or tourer there are normal commuters who craves bike too) and also it is available with less or no wait period
When i went to buy my bike they told me to buy the gixxer as sf will take 3 to 4 months
As i was adamant and told them what a pathetic dealership they had they told me they would deliver it in 2 months
And gixxer is established and gixxer is only launched so it has a firm base compared to sf thus making gixxer threads pouring

Moreover choosing other bikes is maybe for the service factor
Popular on road mean local mechanics will br able to fix it incase of breakdown because they are accustomed to those bikes
But it serves you a good thing actually
Because people see sf less often so your babuvusa will be an antique for a long time
And lets face it when we go to buy a bike the "impatienceteron" of us goes high
Who likes to wait 2 3 months for a vroom vroom(no pun intended)
And last but not the least the brand recognition of suzuki
Many of dont even know this bike even exists
Let's face it Suzuki was never the first preference or the bike brand you will crave (given you are not going for a litre class)
I think these are the reason why gixxer sf threads are empty
So my earnest request to them?

Faced an issue today on my Gixxer sf which has completed 1250 kms. It's been a month since the first service. The issue was that the bike gave jerks once I started to ride and wouldn't rev freely.
And then it stopped. Would start only with the choke pulled on, revved till 4,000 rpms for a while and when I pulled the choke back off, the bike stuttered to stop and wouldn't start with the choke turned off. Repeated starting the bike with choke on and kept it in idle for a minute..thrice...but to no effect.
The bike was parked in light rains for an hour and this occurred after that.
Called the svc and the mechanics soon came to the place where I was stuck. But the bike started without any problems when the mechanic got his hands over it.
Any others facing similar issues? Any ideas about the problem?

This could be due to water in the fuel tank. Same thing happened with my Karizma when I had parked in open during last year's monsoons. It won't start without choke and would die out once throttle was given.

Because you have clocked more than 1 k you probably will know these but telling anyways in case something can help you
4 possible solutions from the gixxer forum
                            1. check if there is anything under your seat that is blocking the air vents like blue book documentations raincoat or cloth etc if there is something take it away
                            2. if it persists while revving cut off the fuel
So the remaining fuel in the chamber is burned
Then turn the fuel on reserve go some distance then turn the fuel to its nornal position
                            3. Open the fuel hatch
And blow air in the tank with your mouth against the tank
The more pressure you can generate the better
Though it works in low fuel situation but its worth a try when your stuck
4.try to drive some distance with your fuel hatch open
(Dont do this if you have 12 litres of fuel on board)

The problem is a common problem inherited from gixxer
Airbubbles form inside the fuel chamber and cause the fuel to engine to shut off
These are the procedures which others have used as remedy
And the rain isnt a factor every carb bike will be able to do just fine after 30 seconds of cold start
                            Just turn it on
Give a good rev and let it stay with the engine on for 30 sec and then fly away normally
Do this everyday on your first start
Do tell the svc guys the problem in the next servicing
And most of this problem was faced by members when they have changed fuel from another pump or refueled recently
If so try to refuel from another pump

                            P. S.
                            I am no mechanic
                            Nor gixxer troubleshooter from suzuki
Just an average joe with normal I. Q.
Will be grateful if not barraged with sarcasm for my limited knowledge

                                Hi,
Guys I'm new to xbhp and this is my first post here.

Well this post is to help all the interested buyers in Mumbai. I booked my ride yesterday from Kaveri suzuki (kandaveli).
I got the bike on full cash (as i took-out a finance from my local bank which offered me a lesser ROI). He has promised me a 8 working day delivery.

If you are interested in buying and don't want a lengthy waiting period, this is the dealer to visit.

Ask for Pravin, he is a really good guy and knows to sell his product well.

                                Eagerly waiting for my ride.
