        The black beauty
        She is pretty
But i think maintaining her gloss will be a problem
As dirt accumulations will hurt and highlight black unlike any other colors

Yes, I agree. But I think even when the gloss is gone, some discreet stickering will really go great with the overall design. The shape of the fairing is very good for a 1 lac bike I believe and the engine is impressive as well.

I have missed the 1st service by 2 days and will get it done tomorrow. Do you think that should be a big deal?

80 90 kmph all day long without stressing
Would not recommend with a pillion
If you do solo you will be fine
If you have oil to save keep it between 60 70 kmph

If you can please ask what would be the price of fairing in case of a crash

That's nice. Actually I am buying a bike which will meet the requirements of both me and my dad.
There is a lot of confusion which one to buy and by launch of SF Suzuki has confused me even more.
My budget is under one lakh and expecting fuel economy atleast 40kmpl. (Though my dad will be happy to shell Rs.50000 more for a bullet)

If you can live with a long waiting period you can go with sf
                      Its the only con
Now don't know about your father will like the sf or not because gixxer is a fun bike
And i have seen older people opting other bikes over fairing ones because of their big looks and extra bulk
                      That being said
                      Its a great bike
                      Period

lol..no debt and all bhai....I checked with the service guys and incidentally they had ordered fairing as one of the gp edition bikes they had ordered got damaged in transit.

So the cost of fairing is pretty reasonable I think and the fairing is divided into 5 parts.

                                1. around the headlight. = ₹1300
                                2. just below the headlight on left = ₹1200
                                3. just below the headlight on right = ₹1200
                                4. at the bottom on the left = ₹1100
                                5. at the bottom on the right=₹1100

So now for a full crash the cost will be ₹5900, which I think is not bad at all. Secondly, I think in normal accidents its highly unlikely that all 5 will get damaged together. What do you think?

P.S. - The cost is for GP edition, for black or white it may be less but the service guys were not sure about it.
