Yup the Benelli TNT 25 will be coming soon , found this Exclusive First Ride preview done by Autocar India of the TNT 25 ,
Quite a few component sheared from the TnT 300 ( the front to be exactly the same ), But the Overall design looks to have more inspiration from the TNT 899 .

No not yet, few parts are at workshop, others with me. Hopefully I should get it by early next week.
                  1. Bullet Machismo fork dust covers (Part No 147278/A) are direct fit for TNT300 & 250. Won't fit 600 as fork dia is greater. The price is Rs.280/- for set.
The fork needs to be removed & then put it from top & slide it down, fits perfect. No need to use hose clips as the top end of the cover fits tightly on the hydraulic chamber.
                  2. I've opted for MRA touring windshield (VFVTZ) with 32mm mounting kit. One of my friend while coming from US got it for me. Paid in USDs .
These are not available in India, not with JV Promoto as well. They have RNB which will do fit, but the problem is they do not have mounting options for the handlebar of TNT300 as the mount won't fit. I almost bought RNB, but when JV Promoto said they won't take the windshield back even if it's in original packing I decided to let it go as I was skeptical regarding the mounting kit. Finally I ended up getting the better one .
                  3. Added clutch bellow. Refer to this post. It should be available in any 2 wheeler spare parts shop cost Rs.10-15.

Here the photos of the windshield & dust covers.
The clutch bellow won't fit as the clutch end is different as compared to other motorcycles. So I let it go. But gave suggestion to workshop guys. I've seen a 600i with broken clutch wire at the exposed section. Hope DSK guys will take a note & put a fix. It's easy & they won't need to do a radical change. For Indian climate & road conditions we will need it. Thank's to @psrji's post I kept that in mind & had it on Fz & hope to have it on TNT soon.
                    1. MRA V-Flow VarioTouringScreen (style "VFVTZ") Universal Windshield for naked sport bikes, cruisers, enduro and dual sport motorcycles:

After installation I had a brief ride from workshop to home via western express highway & the initial feel is very good. No wind thrust/blast felt. The screen is indeed costly but if you can spend that much then it's a must have. It's universal so can be used on any naked motorcycle.
JV ProMoto has RNB windshield which also will fit perfectly on TNT300. But the issue is they do not have compatible mounting kit. MRA's 28-32mm mounting kit fits perfectly on 300's handlebar. I'll suggest JV Promoto to have it in stock so that RNB screen can be easily mounted.
                    2. RE Machismo Fork Dust covers, Direct fit:
There was no immediate need. But since fork seals have tendency to damage & leak and in case of inverted forks it can be worse, I was searching for dust covers for sometime. Thought of of many options including Duke's but I was skeptical. One day one of the technician at workshop bought the dust covers for his Impulse which gave me an idea. One of my friend has RE garage & there I saw RE's dust covers, which I thought will fit on TNT300 with little modification. So searched for those at lamington road. Found couple of covers one of a car & other of RE. The four wheeler suspension cover was perfect but was little long (twice that of RE). And considering the fork travel, RE's dust covers found to be most suitable. When we tried on one of the defective fork, to my surprise it was a perfect fit. No clips required.
So we decided to try it on my motorcycle. Below is the result:

Regarding the tire & axle bearing issue, one pot hole had catastrophic effects:
                    1. When I rode to Bangalore with new alloy, the axle bearing on the left side (chain side) was damaged. It was fixed at Bangalore workshop, but with SKF bearings not the stock one.
                    2. When I rode back to Mumbai everything was fine except for the tire. The tire had developed a bulge on the right side wall. So I claimed the warranty as well as raised the insurance claim in case my warranty claim was rejected. Since DSK guys wanted to have a look inside the tire to see any visible damage, we removed the wheel. There was no damage from the inside. While putting the rear wheel back I asked the technician to inspect & grease the bearings and that is when we found that the bearing on the right side was completely broken. Although I could not here any noise or while rotating the wheel there was no abrupt movement. Immediately calls were made to DSK regarding this & photos were shared. I was clueless as to why the bearing had failed for the second time. Was the axle had misalignment? Was the chain too tight? Was the torque was too high? Was the bearing was not suitable to handle such load? I told the guys to keep the motorcycle at workshop till they find answer. Also tire replacement was going to take sometime so they too got enough time.
The answer was the axle nut was tightened with higher torque on both the occasions. I'm not still sure but had to trust them. The alloy, bearings, tire, spacer were replaced under warranty & I got the motorcycle back after 2 long weeks. After 2000kms we will reopen the rear wheel again to check the bearings for any damage.
Till the time I only hope for the best.
For now it's good to be back on TNT, it screams happiness....

Which model of RNB does JV ProMoto have ? I am sure the windshield you fixed is good to cut the wind blast ... but is there anything smaller available ?

The only issue is, as I said earlier, the mounting kit which they have, it is not compatible with TNT's handlebar. I tried & it failed to grip on the handlebar. You can mount it close the master cylinder where diameter is small, but then the end supports (square ones) might not align with the windshield.
It ls smaller than VFVTZ as it's a sports windshield. You will need to crouch on the tank to save yourself from wind blast. And with the tank bag it will be little difficult.
Smaller than that would simply be shield not windshield. It may look good but might not serve the purpose.
                        Regards,
