Embossing the reg number on the number plate is not mandatory I assume. Else it should have been followed at the time of registration.

I have been using the number on my bike's windscreen, legal or illegal, as far as its visible to the naked eye is what I presume should be right, even though they state it has to be a number plate, but so far no cop has stopped me for that reason here. For the TNT 600i, I saw this video on YouTube, I guess its from Indonesia, the number plate is under the headlight which looks decent enough.

If I were you, I'd try to place it under the headlight cowl.
Yeah. I am also thinking the same...Wondering how can I clamp it or will have a fabricate something for that.

I am working on a workaround ... Will share once i have got it in place. Planning on using the Pulsar 200 NS front number plate clamp. There is place under the headlight for fixing the same, Have to figure out the position of the holes though.

As of now got the number written on the visor. SO far no issues from COPs.

Below the Headlight it will look cool.

Hi guys i had booked my bike on the 7th of this month Paid 30k for the booking and i was promised that i will get the delivery of the bike on the 28th of July 2015, now there is no followup from the showroom for the rest of the payment, I had called them several times asking about the payment schedule but every time the showroom guy says he will give it to me but he did not get back nor he called.

Is this normal or is there going to be a delay in delivery of my bike.

(No Loan involved in this transaction)

You haven't posted the pics of yours. I'd like to see more of this bike because for me, it's like love that wasn't successful. :/

It seems the RTO has banned the embossed number plates for sometime now as the vendors working for the RTO were illegally issuing number plates and were caught. Checked with someone in RTO Indiranagar. It's on hold till further notice.

Hey guys , Have been following this Ownership Thread since the start and Its been an eye opener for me regarding what would be the experience of owning the Benelli TNT 300 and has been very informative .

I took delivery of my Nero (Black) TNT 300 on the 30th of May just a week after booking it from the Bangalore showroom , Till now have ridden it both in city as well as open highways and covered around 2800kms , After owning an 2005 Bajaj Avenger 180 and a 2014 KTM Duke 200 ( both the bikes which I still own) the Benelli has been quite a special bike to be added to my garage.
My ownership experience of the Benelli is a mixed bag of good experiences and a few bad once as well . Will be soon posting a detailed Ownership experience to highlight my view on the bike as well as the after sales services to help potential bikers looking to buy a TNT 300 Click image for larger version
