Dont be sad about the hornets switch gears, I have a cbr250r, and we don't like our switches either. It's too bland, not even backlit!

When i checked on road price of Hornet 160R in Honda | Honda webisite, i found this condition:
*On road price does not include optional items like – Accessories, Extended warranty, AMC.

        I have few questions,
        1. Why does the on-road price varies with online and dealership level? The on-road price quotation is given only after we select the state and city, then why does it change?
        2. What is AMC mentioned above condition here?
        3. Extended warranty really needed?
        4. Number plate and Saree-guard comes with Hornet 160R as standard fitment or do we have to buy it in accessories?

Everything is fine but giving AC setup in such a premium 150cc bike is a shame. Yamaha and bajaj are offering DC set up even in their their budget 150cc products like SZ-R and Discovers and that too from past 3-4 years. It is even more shameful considering the fact that it is the most expensive 150cc bike in its class.

Is there any serious issues because of that AC wiring?

Yes, You will find flickering of lamp at Low Speed. Thats why it has to be replaced with DC.

How soon it started? When I was driving Hunk (5 year old), it got cold start issue after 2 years. But with choke, I was able to start in one go in all the seasons of Hyderabad.
The Unicorn had this problem since it rolled out of the showroom. Riding out of the basement after starting the bike was an exercise in nervousness - would the bike shutdown and take me down??

I went to Ananda Honda recently. Blue was the colour I liked the best since it was metallic. White, Red and Black were not. And Orange, I was not so sure. So in my opinion, Blue looks best in person. What colours are the others contemplating?

My hornet was not used for 2 days and at 6:30 am I tried to start it .it took a lot of effort with about 15 kicks and 10 starter button press to bring it to life. After idling it felt normal and no pickup issues as such.also whenever I try to start the bike using kick it takes atleast two to three kicks, may be I am not kicking it right way.
A few snaps taken just now.

Starting problem with just 2 days of idle? It uses wet battery or dry one? 15 kicks is really very bad..

It may also be due to low temperatures in morning at 6:30

If that is the case then other hornet owners are facing this issue or it is problem with my bike.
