Hi JpDas other accesories for Tnt 25 are there except for after market exhaust other than this only cosmetic accessories are available like " Front brake master cylinder cap, engine trims".

Hi Rohan, please try to clean the gear lever joint which are connected to the engine by using chain cleaner spray and also apply little chain lube (but in very small quantity or else it will be a messy thing to clean) and check whether shifting becomes smooth.Originally posted by rohanrash View PostHi @unni what happened? If this does not work visit the service center and check with them they generally change clutch setting and adjust it for smoother shifts. Please let us know what is the end result. Because if you maintain chain at prescribed intervals or whenever necessary chain and sprocket will get worn out.
And regarding the cost of chain and sprocket I heard that cost is around 10K to 13K approx. for Tnt 25. But if possible do check with svc for exact cost. Thanks,
Anway Kale.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Today had a bad experience, was riding at 70 plus speed and all of a sudden had to apply brake and engaged clutch because of a fool who inspite of seeing me came in the way. The bike turned off coz of braking and clutch engaging, FI sign lit up and the bike refused to start. Turnes off ignition and after a while bike started, thankfully the problem is not recurring. Has someone faced similar issue if braking in full speed?
@anway thanks for the info. Will do it today first thing in morning and also are you visiting Tathwade SVC for free check up. Will keep posted regarding gear shifting once i libe amd clean the clutch lever.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Chain Sprocket is around 12k. Checked with SVC yesterday. And they are telling average life span is around 10k km which little hard to believe. And regarding the gear lever apply the cleaner bro.Originally posted by anwaykale View PostHi @JpDas other accesories for Tnt 25 are there except for after market exhaust other than this only cosmetic accessories are available like " Front brake master cylinder cap, engine trims".

Hi Rohan, its completely normal even i have faced this when i applied sudden brakes while coming down slope. And best way is to turn off the ignition and then again turn it on and then start the bike.Originally posted by rohanrash View PostToday had a bad experience, was riding at 70 plus speed and all of a sudden had to apply brake and engaged clutch because of a fool who inspite of seeing me came in the way. As Unni mentioned you can also spray Chain cleaner on the gear lever joints instead of spraying Chain lubricator as this one can create mess.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
10k kms are too less life of chain sprocket for the 250cc bike. The price which dsk is charging is also very high. In R3 I have seen people have changed it at 16-17k kms and price is also on lower side (7k with labour) since parts are not manufactured here.Originally posted by unni3107 View PostChain Sprocket is around 12k. The girl said, 'NO!'
