    You wont have LED parking light after this as these reflectors does not have that option (for BS3) , anyways useless for BS4 as headlight is always On.

      Recently I have switched my rear tyre with Ralco Speed Blaster 140 70 17. Initially in rainy roads I am missing the grips at times and despite the abs if I try to speed down using both brake and gear the rear at times tends to fishtail. Although I have very good experience with this tyre in my classic with different size though.

      Also after a long run when I come to halt there's a noise from my exhaust probably that of catalytic converter anyone experiencing the same?

        Upsizing the tire would send the ABS calibration for a toss and the ABS won't work as effectively as it would with a stock tire. Remember, ABS is calibrated for a specific tire size and rim diameter. Altering this would mean the ABS calibration won't get the right reading and cause intermittent working of the system, in your case fishtailing or completely non-operational in worse cases. This is why manufacturers recommend sticking to the right tire spec especially with ABS equipped vehicles.

        The sound is is because of the can con cooling down, which is normal, nothing to worry and it is present on almost all vehicles.

          THinking about one more major ride back to the factory for the himmie
          But no way for the moment found to
          cross IRAN

            Hi! How are you guys doing?
            I just took delivery of my Snow recently and I had already finished my first service and I'm currently at 890kms. The problem is, the engine has some loud noise and even the tappet noise is louder than normal. Should I be worried?

              Dont think, dont worry, just ride. Sound is okay as the engine is new. It will settle on its own in few thousands kms. You may notice different varieties of sound ;-) This is with all enfields whether old CI engines or new
              BS4 engine in REH produces bit more humming in starting.
              You can show it to mechanic once just for peace of mind.

              Also, i suggest you switch to Motul 15W50 after 1500 kms as liquid gun is crap oil, you will notice the change immediately.

              I think its not a good idea to change the tyre size. Overall stability is best with stock size.

                Two things before I left .
                1) about the "strange noises" , the " weird feelings " on this bike . No worry. All bikes and riders are different . you have to feel it. For a long times, on various types of riding.
                Himmie is one of the easiest , versatile, simple and obvious I had ridden in 49 YEARS - licence in 70 for 125,
                Just ride more
                2) Groups can be good fro learning , sharing . IRL

                    Hi . I had already asked here directly through her blog. She did not ride this way.
                    At this very moment , no way for Iran with a over 250 cc bike, in addition of getting a visa anyway
                    For Pakistan , i was told different things; most often the only way was with an army convoy for several days, if there is one .
                    So the " STANS" might be the destination through Turkey and back the same way. Not sur .

                      Though the engine is a smooth one by RE standards, it isn't by far the smoothest out there. The vibrations you observe and the ticking sound shouldn't be a concern per se, especially during running in period. The bike will heat up, and once heated up, will produce sounds of varying intensities. At around 3k to 4k KM mark is when the bike comes to a good break-in period. Don't ride the bike at really slow speeds, vary the RPM, you can touch 100 kmph every now and then. Follow your service schedule. For the most part, the bike is a reliable one.

                        Does anyone have the BS3 and BS4 wiring diagrams? Would be really grateful if I can get hi-res scans of the same. I am at "[email protected]". Getting ready to install some aux lights and want to figure out a way to relay the headlamp so it doesn't run when engine is off.

                          You can do it a more simple and effective way. Tap the positive of the ignition and connect any wire of the aux light switch to the ignition tap wire, then take the other wire of the switch and connect it to the positive of the aux beams. Connect a second negative from the aux lights to any earthing point in the bike and voila you have a working aux light, that works only with the ignition.

                            Thanks dude but am trying to avoid loading stock wires and also need a reversible setup. Warranty is critical on this one.

                              You're not overloading any stock wiring. You're basically tapping right from the ignition for the additional aux lamp. And these are easily reversible. Relay is what makes wiring too much and makes routing another headache. Just my thought. But, with a relay, any electrician from a reputed shop can do.
