Yes bro even mine is giving 40+ if I drive smooth 50-60 kmph ! and if i drive aggressively its 32 -33 kmpl ! I am happy & satisfied...

But does the mileage degrades after 1 year ?

My driving pattern is smooth. I'm staying less 70kmph and 5k rpm. I need to check once rpm is > 5k. You may try to stay rpm < 5k and check your mileage if you are not a aggressive driver

Even I follow the same rather I shift at 4k rpm, don't why I am not able to extract more mileage.

I follow the same shifting approach. May be you are driving more in traffic than highway. My route involves 25km of high way and 10 km of city traffic in a stretch.

Even if you ride it for 100 kms a year, make it a point to change atleast every 6 months. Also run the engine in idle for 5 mins or so atleast once a week if its not in use. Will help the battery and engine lubrication. Mineral oil has a shelf life once poured. Even fs oils should be changed once a year even if not ridden. Hope your bike is in good shape even though it seems unlikely.
sorry, oil changed twice, topped up twice, bike used for 10-40 km every weekend, and yes, i didn't know this oil changing frequency, thanks for informing, will follow it from now on.
This past weekend, got the oil change done 3rd time
Also, bike is in good shape, bcoz of the less usage and on time maintenance done.

Keep an eye out for how much top up is done if at all. Oil level reduction by burning is not a good sign. Engine can take more oil than whats prescribed. Most local garages will fill in 200ml more. Stick to what's in the manual. Avoid top ups as much as possible and simply replace. Lot of oil options in 200-400/- range. Any damage usually won't be apparent now. They usually show post 25-30-35k kms depending on manufacturer and quality.

I did 120+ kmph 4 times on my rtr 200 version 2.0 within the first 2000kms on odo. First was at 650kms, second time at 850kms, third run at 1800kms and the fourth run at 2000kms on odo. Remaining times I was gentle on throttle not exceeding 4k to 4.5k rpm for the first four gears and not exceeding 5k rpm in top gear mostly at 50 to 65 kmph. Now I am feeling guilty as I had planned not to do any 60 kmph for the first 1000kms and 70kmph for the next 1000kms. And the bike also had top speed recorded at 114kmph at the time of delivery itself. So the bike had done 110+ kmph runs 5 times before completing 2000kms. I am not facing any signs of engine problem till now at 2200kms on odo. I am curious to know whether it may have any negative impact on engine like piston problems, timing chain problems or any other problems related to engine if not now may be in the long runs say 25k kms? If yes, how can I prevent those problems from occurring? Please help me on my query.

Nothing much you can do. Metal doesn't heal. Best you can do is to ensure that oil changes are done regularly irrespective of how much you ride. I did 90+ too when my bike was new 12 yrs ago and I was young. Shouldn't have. Nothing major done yet at 60k but have moved to fs in the last few yrs. Does help in extending the life of the engine.

I too did 114 twice at 300-400 kms and 120, 127 at around 900 kms. Also did 132 at 1500 kms. At all other times I ride at less than 6k RPM. It is too early to decide. Also the bike had 136 on odo when I bought it. No idea how much the SVC guys rev the bikes while servicing. But I believe it won't do much harm.

Looking for alternative engine oil for my bike. I am not finding motul 300v 5w30 anywhere local/online. Any other oil that folks here suggest me.
