After second service it was around 15 days bike was standing idle, but using it from couple of days regularly and facing starting problem everday
Have to press ignition switch 4-5 times then it turn on the engine
My friend was there at time of 2nd service and he do not remember which engine oil they used but i guess its the TVS only.
Any idea what should be the issue , my mind says need to change 10w40

Have completed second service and 2700 kms. Still the bike doesn't feel smooth in 3rd /4 th gear as it feels in 5 th gear. Any pointers on this?

I have Avenger 220 street too and never used choke while starting running smooth.

I have completed 6000kms today. The only major issue till now is again the False neutral cropping up. Whenever i am in 1st gear the neutral light is on most of the time. It had gone last time or atleast reduced to a minimal fault when i had done my first service. But again has started to show up. This timing servicing will try to get it fixed permanently.
Rest all is fine and i am enjoying the ride daily.

hello everyone! I have completed 1750 km on my apache 200. From the last 2 days the engine rpm is getting high but then the vehicle is not speeding up as expected .So, I have taken my bike to the service center and the mechanic told me to leave my bike and collect it in the evening. when i went in the evening the mechanic told me that the clutch plates got damaged and he had replaced those . They didn't charge me as the vehicle is still under warranty. I was wondering can clutch plates get damaged for such a new bike? i usually start my bike from 2nd gear but very rarely from first, could that be a reason?

One of the very bad practice to be followed. Please avoid doing this.

Remember, from stand still always start from 1st gear.

                  Cheers,

Starting from 2nd gear is very bad practice. It will damage your bike clutch plates. 1st Gear is given for some purpose so please start using proper gearing for your bike.

Anyone tried to fix visor on the bike? Don't think it's going to be OEM accessory.
New print advert of the bike has ABS as missing feature. Guess it's not going to be a reality.

It's pretty much too early to come to 10k as the bike itself is premature, and I would say we can expect a healthy range of 5 to 6k+ specficially talking about 10k I think we'd have to wait for some more inputs from fellow riders. Definitely in a couple of months, we can see people reaching personal milestones in their vehicles. But if you're looking for reliability parameters, then I'd suggest you wait for a couple of months.

All new batches do have some degree of manufacturing tolerance offset, these get set when the manufacturers and the suppliers fine tune their process. I am not saying being an early adopter is hapless, but give it some time, you'll have even better machines coming and options to choose from.

                            Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                            THE END

Yesterday my bike fell from the side stand as it was parked parked on a slope. The holder that holds the gear with the body got broken. That's really some poor quality material used by tvs. Sic!! Anyone knows how much would it cost to replace? The tvs showroom/service guy is telling me 1400 for the piece.
