Suddenly the engine started making ticking sound which increases with the rpm. Also I have noticed that engine feels stressed in higher rpms and produces many vibrations.
I have completed 3200 km on the bike.
I have checked the engine oil is also at the max mark.
Please help me diagnose this problem and clarify if it is urgently required to go to service center.

    Audio Recording :

Also which service center will be best in Delhi.

Edit: I have 2019 UG version which I purchased in September.

I'm tired of this problem and its pushing me towards selling off my motorbike.
        I purchased in august 19

I'm closing to 10k, next service is up. Should i change to motul FS. Will it make the vibes, shifting any smoother ? What other perks included ?

I have a 2019 dominar and recently I noticed that during cold starts the bike intially revs to 4k rpm and then settles below 2k rpm. When I start the bike after it has run a few kms or when it is already warmed up then it only goes to 2k rpm. Is this normal? If it is normal then doesn't it actually cause more wear and tear by doing so?

Yes the Motul FS does make a difference, especially after it warms up. I have been using it since the second free service.

Switch to Sintered pads if you want to improve braking performance. You can read my previous posts regarding them.

Also, direct brake feel is not what I am referring to. Even though the brake feedback is progressive, there isn't enough initial bite on the front. The rear is just pathetic, it's not even reliable. I've ridden bikes from Royal Enfields to KTMs, and none have this bad of a brake on the rear. The front is still a different story. Under hard braking, it stops better than most bikes in this segment and ABS is non intrusive, works flawlessly. But riding in traffic, you wouldn't want to keep pressing your lever hard just to get a little bite. I started looking at upgrades due to this. I live in Bangalore, and I have extremely long traffic holdups. All I'm trying to do is make the traffic ride as less of a pain in the butt as possible.

When the bike is cold, the so called autochoke engages to make sure the engine warms up faster, it's tall taken care of by the ECM. Once the engine is warmed up, the idle will be perfect. It's basically, how we use manual choke to start old bikes, the bike does it automatically till the required engine temperature is achieved. Nothing to worry. If the bike revs to 4k every time, even after the engine warmed up, then you have to get it checked.

                          Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Hi all, I own a Dominar UG that I had purchased about 2 months back. It has run about 1800 km and since the last 100 km, I am hearing a knocking sound from the engine.

A visit to the service centre revealed that the CCT has to be replaced and as the part is not available, I would have to wait for the part to arrive from Pune.

It has been about 10 days that I am waiting for the part to arrive. This issue seems to be very common among the 2019 Dominar, and I would want to know from others if changing this resolved the issue for them?

Even my bike was making knocking sound at around 400 kms on ODO. I got it checked during 1st service and it was CCT. They verified it with the part from other bike. Even i had to wait for 10 days for the part to arrive even when I was in Pune. But when they put back my old CCT, bike wasn't making knocking sound. I still got the part changed under warranty.

                                What is CCT?
