    Hey guys, day 3 update:
I have completed around 150kms. Overall the bike feels awesome, though the clutch will take some time getting used to (its pretty hard for me). As I had mentioned about the metallic sound earlier, it still persists and only comes into play when I accelerate. It doesn't happen during the first 2 gears or when its moving at slow speeds. 3rd gear and up, when i accelerate, i get this weird sound but goes away as soon as I close the throttle. Can any of you please tell me what this is, or if its a problem or something?

Just my opinion brother, saw a white D400 with D390 hand guards, it looks ugly..

Dominar is full of curves and rounded ends, where as Duke has bold and sharp ends.
The hand guards of duke suits that bike only in terms of looks.

      Ride safe,
      Cheers.

Get the SC guy to investigate. In my case, it was the mirror that needed to be replaced.

One of the Dominar owners in Coimbatore had more or less the same issue. Took it to the SC to check. Some problem in the wiring connection to the lamps. They couldn't rectify even after reconnecting the wires. They changed a new set of lights, under warranty, no charge. Get it checked at your SC.

In my D400, when I usually start my bike I get a sense of burnt fuel from exhaust. It happens on regular basis, does anyone also feel the same ?

              Thanks

Bro. That's the case always, when you start the bike for the first time on a day. Start your bike and leave it running for a minute or two. Then go ahead.!

Same here. I let it idle for 2 min while i put on gloves and helmet. Then stay below 4000 rpm for some distance. Gear changes and bike performance is much better after warming up.

that is almost what the motul 7100 costs (especially if you buy it from outside where you get 50~100rs discounts)
I think the old dtsi supplied by HP used to cost less than 500rs per litre.
Hopefully the price bump translates to better quality oil.

Yes but still cheaper than motul by around 150 to 200 bucks plus for motul we have to by two 1ltr pack and with this 1.5ltr pack one is good enough. The old bajaj dsti 10000 used in avenger and ns cost around 470 bucks per ltr.

Kindly approach the dealership. They will replace the battery or direct you to a battery dealer to replace the battery. Most probably its the battery fault.

I hear a rattling noise at the range of 4k - 6k RPM.. not vibes but an annoying rattling sound... Disappears after 6k RPM 😓

Have the dealership check it out.
