Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hope leak is not from cylinder gasket...then have to remove whole cylinder to fix new gasket. In that case i will return the bike. By luck i have given only 50% payment.Originally posted by Rajathrajk View PostThat's so sad .

Since it's a new motorcycle, you can get it checked at your upcoming free/paid services.
Check the PDI inspection thread. You have basic info as to what to check and what not. Also if possible, write down the things you want to in a cheat sheet and cross check with the bike when you take delivery. This will help you keep track of what you are require to inspect and not forget anything important.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
That's not negligible by any standard nor it is acceptable for a brand new bike. I would suggest just check if it's normal factory greasing melted or that's an engine oil weep. If it's an engine oil weep. Then I'd suggest get it checked at the first service, take photos as proof and make sure you let the showroom folks know well in advance before your periodic services.Originally posted by Rajathrajk View PostReally ? May I know the reason?

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
In my case leaked fresh engine oil is stored in small gap near starter motor area. I dipped an ear bud in that area and bud cotton area was all wet with fresh engine oil.Originally posted by B7ACKTHORN View PostThat's not negligible by any standard nor it is acceptable for a brand new bike. Awesome bro!! Keep sharing..Originally posted by Anunay View PostJust finish with 1350kms of Bangalore -idukki - munnar - Bangalore ride.
Loving every bit of this machine. Odo reads 3400 kms now.
Fuel efficiency was 37kmpl
Average speed 75 kmph
Loved the twisties of idduki. One of the best in India to test your bikes and your leaning angles. And the bike performed with ease on wet and on dry termac it was no less than 390 duke. I could literally knee down with a pillon. And there was enough confidence inspiring torque to let me jumb into next curve.
400 kms of return ride was done at night and there was little complaint of headlight. I could cruise at 80-85 kmph ( I have adjusted the beam throw as per my and pillion weight on bike). My headlight vibration has reduced considerably somehow. But don't know how.
But ohh god! Only if I have a windscreen for my bike. I couldn't find anywhere in Bangalore.
Cheers !!

This looks serious, please get it serviced and let us know what was the problem.Originally posted by Rajathrajk View PostJust now i check even i have the same thing but it's in small quantity wtf is happening
Luckily nothing such in mine.
Some of you may fine some minor oil muddy mark near oil filter area. That is residual while changing oil. Also near front sprocket area. Its chain lube which can make you think of any leakage.
