HI Ashwin, congrats for your new ride.Originally posted by ashwinjoze View PostHi Riders,
Got delivery of my Warrior on Saturday.
I have the tappet noise as well, hope it will fade post 1st service.
Tappet noise by you mean sewing machine sound (?) , it wont go automatically, you have to inform them during your services.

Hi Dinesh,
Thank you!
Yes, its almost sounds like a sewing machine. I guess I will mention it in the first service and will get resolved.
Ride Safe,
Ashwin

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
fazer will be real. someone from higher management at yamaha said its logical to have fazer model. but timeframe was not given. you might have to wait an year maybe or more.Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostGuys, not sure if this is relevant in this thread, i saw few articles talk about Fazer 250 launch in India this year. Is that just rumours or anyone has a solid Intel?
also strangely enough even if ceo of bike companies in our country says something doesnt mean it will happen. case in point bmw g310r.
it is most credible info you can get still might not be true. i believe it once i see bike on showroom floor.

Ready to wait for a year? Then may be..Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostConfused now.. should i wait or should i go for FZ
BTW there will hardly be any difference between fz and fazer except for the semi-fairing, which imo looks horrendous anyway.. But yeah, it does serve a purpose in highways..

do you tour only? have zero interest in sport credentials of a bike? then wait for fazer.Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostConfused now.. should i wait or should i go for FZ
if you have even mild curiosity in handling, having a blast around corners, go for fz.
fz will tour comfortably as well provided you keep it at 80 kmph or less. that quarter fairing on fazer is an add on and not one with the bike like r15. it does make bike front heavy. as a result tip ins on bike are not as effortless and require a bit more effort. otherwise it handles well as well.
for me personally its fz any time.

Hey don't worry.Originally posted by venkatmechanical.89 View PostWould like to hear from you guys,Have any one feels bit pain or numbness in the hand (both right and left) while riding after 20+kms ..?( riding without gloves)

I had similar problem for 2 weeks. I was so unhappy because of that.
But after 1.5 months I am used to it. No pain now even riding 200 km a day.
Wait for few days.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I use the Yamalube chain clean and lube combo. It's the same Motul C1 and C2. Once in 500km as per manual. Lube on the chain makes a big difference in responsiveness. But I am looking for a simpler way that lasts longer.Originally posted by fusioncoast View PostWhat chain lube are you guys using?

A possibility is that you are resting your hands on the metal bar ends. I used to do that on my earlier bike but here it vibrates intensively on the metal ends. The grips are fairly soft and comfortable.Originally posted by venkatmechanical.89 View PostWould like to hear from you guys,Have any one feels bit pain or numbness in the hand (both right and left) while riding after 20+kms ..?( riding without gloves)
