I think this one is normal.. initially I too thought it could be due to tappet ..

I can feel the heat in my legs .. is this because of their cheap grade engine oil I m not sure.. [emoji26][emoji26]
What problem are you facing with the drive wheel chain ? Is it sure that the noise you hear is from timing chain ? What engine oil are you using ?

At times, i also hear some chain noise from inside the engine.
If i drive in 50-60 range, even after one hour drive this chain sound doesn't come. But if the running speed is increased, the noise can be heard while running and idling... But timing chain sound shouldn't come. Am i right ?

My NS160 getting hot by 99 °C by riding to 10-12 km. Its completed over 5000km in 9 months and last free service is in month of November. I go to the service center and they told me that it is normal temperature. I want to sure that it is good or there is any problem with my bike. (I'm a newbie rider xD).

99°C is not at all a heat, it will get more hotter in long runs. Don't worry...

5100 is semi synthetic (Rs.500), it makes the engine more smoother. 7100 is fully synthetic (Rs.750), it is not as smooth as 5100, But engine responds little better. I have tried both. Now running on 7100. Changed 5100 @ 4700 kms. Using 7100 for last 4100 kms, xpect it to last more than 7100.
