You will have to contact service center for sure, if you want to fit a rear disc. There are many more things to do after fitting a disc. Do you have that holes in your bike or not ?

Main problem will be caliper and rim clearance ND we might need to weld or screw a caliper holder on swing arm

There will not be any problems if you just have the four holes on rear rim. If not you have to change the rear rim too. Rest everything is already set in the frame. Remove the drum, set the disc and supporting accessories. Pling !!!

We have holes on the rim already I showed u the picture but I am confused about which rear disc to use and which caliper and how do we set caliper holder because end part of swing arm is occupied by Tyre hugger and an another plastic part and if I remove the brake shoe Holder there will be a gap between rim hub base nd excel rod

So your bike has an option to fit in a rear disc. And only iam trolled. 😂😂
Are you going to do it yourself ?
Please dont, and not to local mechanics also. If you have an idea to fit in a rear disc, just contact the service center.

Don't u have these on ur bike.. btw if I find proper setup I have a trusted mechanic but first I will try at service center they didn't agree or if asked for too much money than I will do it with my mechanic, he is a good mechanic,he is certified mechanic of Bajaj he worked there 12 year now he owns his own garage n he is a good friend so I might give it try with him.

It is surely for disc, and you would have a knob to hold the oil container, the routing to place the cable and mounting holes for placing the caliber...

In kerala it comes without an option for rear disc. The authorised service center wont say a NO to your modification as it is allowed one. As you have a very experienced mechanic friend. Go with him, you can avoid a good amount of service charge. After adding rear disc upload some photos.
