Yep. In the country where number cruncher is an abomination, nTorq is liked by everyone but not much of the experience is shared except of initial. There r some youtubers who are posting stuff but none of them are worth watching.

Owners please share your more experience with us. Some of you have done 2nd service too but none has shared the stuff changed & costs of it.

I agree on the worth watching part - YouTube and it's money making stuffs.
I liked the scoot - the first scoot that I really liked.

Ahh. Ill take it to service center. Bike also shuts down sometime when it's almost about to stop or still.

I think that's the race issue. Ask the mechanic to increase "race". Don't have the exact word in mind.

                  Thanks
Aprilia is a different class. Ntorq cannot be compared with SR150 period. That 150cc motoscoot is performance oriented. It's Duke of scoots. Ntorq should be compared to Grazia/access.

                      Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread

                      Fellow Ntorq owners,

I've been using Activa-2011 model for the past 7+years and have completed 35k+ and it has been fuss free ownership. After the free service, I've been giving my activa to my trusted FNG mechanic. I wanted to upgrade to the next segment and was interested with bikes > 200cc+.
After giving lot of thoughts I decided to go for Ntorq which met my daily usage and family requirements. I got myself Ntorq 125 white. OTR- RS.75175
I booked Ntorq white on 12th April from Ashwa Motors-Electronic city. Couple of days later, I was informed that White and grey colors was available with them and I can pick one whichever I want to. I liked the white shade and paid the complete amount, happily brought it to home.

Booking and delivery experience has been really good. Here are my initial thoughts after riding 375 kms till now.

Pros: Good pickup, ride and handles likes bike, Powerful headlights, horn, better brakes(compared to activa), Speedo/trip meter, Navigation assist, bigger and fatter tyres and the list goes on.

Cons: Seat is too soft and it is not comfortable if you do 5-10 kms in cities. I hope TVS takes care of it. I've given my feedback to SA about this.

I've faced Cold start issues initially, and it is not there anymore. Placing my vega eclipse helmet inside the box needs a little push to close the seat.
Overall I'm very satisfied with ntorq. Getting an average of 40-45kmpl in bengaluru.

I hope my review gives some insight for prospective buyers

Will the instrument console hold up against rain? Ive seen water getting in duke 390 console. What precautions you guys will take?

I didn't find any problem with the instrument cluster. You can try 3M PPF and see if it suits your need.

There was condensation around the corners. Water never went inside the console on my 2017 Duke 390. It used to remain parked outside and I used to commute to office in heavy rains. No issues whatsoever.
I think TVS have done a marvelous job with the ntorq. Only reason I didn't buy one is because of smaller seat and less underseat storage. Got an access 125 instead. Swallows up by full face LS2 without a fuss!

Finally a Comparison between nTorq, Access & SR125.

P.S: TVS still steals the show.

                                Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread

Just completed 15 days with the scooter.. Here are the things to note -

                                1. Definitely a head turner and attention grabber. Had about 50 people ask me at the traffic signals about the scooter and appreciated the design.
                                2. Balance of the scooter is AMAZING. Better than what TVS offers in the all metal Wego variant.
                                3. Seating has no stress on the back and the width is very calculated to seat a lean person and also a fat person comfortably.
                                4. Though leg room is very comfy, it's no place to keep any bag or even hang the helmet.
                                5. Full face helmet doesn't fit under the seat easily. Period. You have to forcibly close the seat. I however use Motocross helmet, so under the seat option is never available for scooters anyway.
                                6. Riding in Hyderabad in high traffic zones, the scooter averages around d 42 kmpl.
                                7. Hit the high speed of 108 kmph on a flat stretch. Experienced high speed riders can feel the vibrations after 100, so be careful.
                                8. Scooter skid on an oil patch down a slope and has scratches on the right "125" stickers. (Any idea where I can get new stickers)? Black area scratches are easily concealable with Camlin permanent black marker. It just fades into the matte finish.

So guys whats the mileage you are getting? I'm getting 50 average.
Where do you ride? I averaged about 42 - full tank to full tank
