Installed them at Manu Pitstop in Koramangala. I was charged 400 rupees. Very helpful and knowledgable people there, some of them were.

The owner said Pirelli, Bajaj and Metzeler tyres start crumbling after a few years. Michelin is the best. He saw that the tyre was manufactured in 2017, so asked me to put as many kilometers I can in the next one year, anyone knows about this?

Now it is so much fun to ride on bad patches, all the road creases get ironed out nicely. Before buying I did some research, and a lot of people had a lot of nice things to say about these tyres. Adventure, here I come!
Whether most of your rides are off road.? off-roading most of the time, will increase the general wear and tear of the bike. And also will put load on the engine and clutch.

You got to see where we live! I am sure someone will fit Pulsar RS200 brakes on Ducati Panigale 1299 someday too and then say everything is working fine.

Small suggestion : Let people do anything they want. Sometimes learning the hard way is the best way.
If thats the case, then I think HONDA is doing the right thing by not launching their premium products in India.

"JAPS" you know. They know everything, including the cover-ups. Also how reliable their own products actually are. But nvm, not a dig at anyone. That would lead upto many pages.

Mostly it is of the kind where I reach a destination, however near or far, then explore all the nooks and crannies around. It is 70/30 divide between on road and rough patches. So went for dual sport. It is not strictly off roading in that sense, neither are those off road tyres.

Has anyone tried any fully synthetic oil yet? Like Motul 7100 or 300V or 300V²

So i got my 1st service done, they used motul 3000 mineral oil, which kind of is a bummer. But a lot cheaper, they charged me ₹600 for the oil. Will change it to motul 7100 after sometime.
Post service the bike feels a bit relaxed in traffic, nothing dramatic. But the vibes have really reduced, before service on my bike at 4-5,000 rpm range the console and tank would vibrate a lot. They changed some rubber washer (which I'm not sure is related to this problem), costing ₹4/- and now the vibes are a lot less.
All in all ₹875/- for first service seems pretty good.

Now coming to other point, does someone else here finds the ABS a bit too intrusive?
Because I'm really struggling getting used to the ABS around corners, especially when braking hard before corner entrance. A slight tap on rear brake pedal and the rear loses the grip for a milisecond, but till then I've screwed my line and confidence.
Maybe it's just a thing i need to get used to.
And also I'm experiencing the front brake squeal when speed gets low from 20 km/hr,
But I'm mighty impressed with the bike, I have taken it to the highways only once for around 200kms including ghats, and this thing just feels amazingly comfy, even comfortable than my previous Pulsar 220.

Hmm, funny my service center quoted me ₹1,000 for service inclusive of chain clean and lube, but they never charged me! And chain was cleaned infront of me using motul chain cleaner [emoji14]

For such cleaning they will charge you around 100. Otherwise they will using a fresh bottle of cleaner and lube and give give you the remaining, that might coast you around 450 mrp rate

                              I think this might help

Edit: The handlebar of the RR310 won't fit the GIXXER.

The RR310 has USD forks and the diameter of the tube is different. So the handlebar won't fit the Gixxer. You can probably fit other clip ons which are available aftermarket but RR clip ons won't fit.
