Here are some pics from the lock-down blues .

My GT's Tank developed white patches and yellow stains on the stripes. Got it replaced under warranty

My rotor is developing rust. I asked about the issue to the RE service rep and was told that the rusting issue will be there if I do not ride the bike.
attaching the pic of my GT{1200 Kms) and my Ntorq's Rotor {9922 Kms}.

The engine cover developed some stains, polished it out.

Under the lock-down I did not ride the GT but the battery is still working fine. I have completed 1900 Kms till date.
Hope to cover more miles soon.
Cool pics. Your bike looks great:)
Foe some rusting you can always use some brake pad cleaners....it will clean the rust.
For chrome yes we need some up keeping now and then.

AEW looks nice, but actually what I am looking at is something like this (Pls see the pic att) I am unsure of finding it in India. Nevertheless will keep looking
I do not want it too loud either

Cheers!!

With such a short exhaust it's always gonna be loud, they don't have any catalytic converter and are free flow so sound will be there. But if baffles are there then you have the option to silence them
Peace

Are you looking for that curved header or the short exhausts?

Yes, they could be loud but as far as mods goes I would be using a short exhaust. So looking for one, also may be they are available with baffles if they are customized.
I have not seen the bike in person, so really do not know where this catalytic converter is.
Could you share a picture, as far as I know slip on's should not be a problem as the converter is installed on the bend pipe. I would only be replacing the slip On's and not the bend pipe.

Hi, only the short slip On exhaust...no bend pipe replacement for now. I will though cover it with heat resistant tape.

Search the profile 'Way2Speed' on Instagram and contact them, they have a short exhaust for the GT.

Yup just found them yesterday...Thanks for the link though.
What all accessories in your opinion are necessary? Which actually are of some use.

Cheers!!

Even though it would take a lot force to damage the oil filter, the sump guard is necessary as you don't know what can happen on Indian roads. Bar End mirrors on a cafe racer are a must, other than that you could go for a crash guard.

Sump guard is coming for sure.....about the bar end mirrors, I have read bad reviews for the once offered by RE. So will have to see them personally before buying. Crash guard will have to wait a while, as I am not sure how well it will go with the aesthetics of the bike.
Has anyone tried accessories offered by trip machine?

I myself did not fit the RE mirrors, i went for some unbranded ones which i had ordered from AliExpress which have decent quality.
The accessories from Trip Machine are a bit expensive but I have heard good things about their products, they use proper leather so that may be the reason for it's prices.

Will look for mirrors online then. Tripmachine seems decent as I have few keychains from them as a gift their leather looks pretty good. Have thought of few things like grip wraps, headlight cross. Will see once I get the bike. For starters I gifted myself a helmet Click image for larger version

The chin area doesn't look strong and might break or collapse in case of an impact, i would suggest a full face helmet. Correct me if I'm wrong

Your are correct, this is to protect your face from debris and bugs on the road, it will not take any impact.
I just bought it for city use in summers, cafe ride only
