I am currently using a MRF Zapper C 110/80 R17 and a Michelin Pilot sporty 90/90 R17 set up and i am very pleased with their performance.
I would suggest you to try out these tires.A good alternate would be Pirelli sport dragon 110/70 r17 for the rear and MRF zapperFY 1 for the front wheel.Last edited by pranav_salieri; 08-31-2016, 12:35 AM.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 180
I am having MRF Revz 120/80 R17 on rear and MRF Zapper FY1 for front. Happy with the setup. Done quite a few monsoon rides and results are great.Originally posted by Devakumar View PostHey Apachians,

Go eyes closed for FY1. For rear you can try Zapper Vyde as well.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 180
Is the switch waterproof? If not you should probably mount it where water ingress is minimised. Also, by mounting it on the console, you've probably compromised the console's waterproofing too.Originally posted by Rakesh Frank View PostHazard Lights in my Apache RTR 180
It's a nice idea, but just trying to be thorough...

Yes you are correct.!😉
But no need to worry about it friend.
* That Hazard switch is molded type, except the red colour top one.
* while installing in consol i had locked with small rubber piece. That will act as a seal..
I installed that 1month before. after that i did water service 1time and now currently im riding in rain 😶from past 8day.
I have checked it, its working fine.. no issue with that.
~~There is no water log inside the console~~

The switch housing to console interface is easily fixed, like you have done with a gasket or using a little silicone sealant.Originally posted by Rakesh Frank View PostHi..

But the red push button will allow water into the switch housing. Over time this will corrode the contacts. and possibly leak into the console if the switch housing leaks. Notice how all the console buttons are rubber top sealed type. The handle bar switchgear is not sealed because they have drain holes and even if they get wet, they will drain out eventually.
Yes, please elaborate on the wiring. Is it directly wired from the original flasher to the LH and RH turn indicators or did you use an extra relay?Originally posted by Shrilakshmi Prasad N View PostCan you shed some light on the circuit work done??
