The front will usually rotate more than the rear because it doesn't have the drag of the chain/sprockets slowing it down. But one rev is too less, should do 3-5 revs easily. My RD's front wheel would go on for like a minute! The momentum of the valve's weight would keep it spinning i think.Originally posted by sri.vaibhav View PostMy Front n rear wheel tyres are not rotating freely...i checked it on a friend's Hunk...his tyres did many revolutions when d bike was on main stand...but mine..i cud hardly complete 1 revolution...it takes a lot of effort to drag the bike using the power of legs..is it because of this reason that so much effort is required or it is the case with all apache..!
Check that your brakes are not binding. You may need to overhaul them completely.
The neutral sensor switch is screwed. Get it fixed. Either moisture or a loose connection. Might need to change it.Originally posted by vishnups17 View Postfriends pls help me out,My bike`s starter is working only when the clutch is pressed(even if it is in neutral)
,it happens only when the engine is cold, what will be the problem? its now rainy season in keralaLast edited by julianpaul; 06-14-2010, 01:20 AM.

If neutral switch is fine, the solenoid or wire going to solenoid from switch is culprit.Originally posted by vishnups17 View Postfriends pls help me out,My bike`s starter is working only when the clutch is pressed(even if it is in neutral)

Congratulations for your new ride. Pics, please!!Originally posted by Redhill View PostHi All,
Today I got my Apache RTR 180 . I'm enjoying the riding with my bike.
I have one question.... ... Speed petrol is advisable to use ( it will cause any engine problem in bike) in Apache or normal petrol is enough....

Speed is good and it will not cause any adverse effects on the bike's performance. If you are inclined to premium fuels then Xtra Premium from IOC would be a better bet as it gels well with the RTR.

I just filled vsx, as usual i didnt find any difference in smoothness. The bike seems a little tighter, the old sprinta was a little low, but the sprinta itself maybe a smoother oil.Originally posted by Grafix View PostGuys take a quick call , Shell vsx or Veedol Super swift?
