I called up the tvs guy and asked him the prices .He gave me these
the white cover (visor?)-700
indicator-200 to 250
brake lever -180 to 230
i have to go to the service centre because the handle wasnt tightened(told by the tvs guy)
the accident happened after that
so if those guys say they dont have tha parts ...should i go to any outside mechanic or something or should i stick to the tvs guys ....
And yeah it seems i also grazed my headlamp glass ,if i get a new one how much is it gonna cost ?
Damn im like the unluckiest guy ,buying new bike and end up screwing it up the next day .....

vibrations issues

hi guys,i have a query about the apache 180 regarding its vibration..i have heard that it vibrates a lot at higher rpms.I had earlier posted about it but didnt got a reply..Please let me know as i am going to buy it soon..

123km/hr in 4th gear and that too engine screaming at 11krpm is freaking insane for a 2 valve SOHC Carb-ed engine.

i touch that speed only in fifth gear!

it can do it in 4 th gear but you have to take it their .i done it mistakely i thought it is 5th gear. in real i will never do that it has surly done some damage . Actually i was chasing my fellow riders which were on 220 and r15 their were 6 220 and 2 r15 one fz onr p180 and the only 100cc bike which was Competing with these powerfull bikes the Legendary rx100 .i was only one tvs guys.
guys in delhi dont really respect tvs. but in ride it blowed their mind .it was giving straight competion to 220 .guys were asking is it 180cc bike .and taking test ride of it for first time.
i see first time the taco stop dancing and become normal after 10k.

123 on nearly 12k in 4th gear engine was on its maximum rev screaming please let me go i cant tolerate this .it lacs rev limiter and oir cool also engine become so hot cant be touched by naked finger.

on above 11k and a bike start to giving strange feeling like the gear is sliping or bike is shuting down
for 1 or 2 times that in just in micro seconds. and a bad smell like burning rubber. that use to come when bike was new and i rip it.
i am using tvs tru4 it is a good engine oil my gear shift is smooth . 2000 km done since last change
now bike is running well

You just cant touch 12000RPM in 4th gear, PERIOD.
it can only be done by keeping the bike in centre stand, and giving it a full fisted treatment in 4th gear.

Short bursts to 11000RPM wont do harm to the engine (avoid that in first gear, after which make the needle kiss the digit where it's able to go ie 10500-11000RPM and then upshift, dont rest it there) provided you dont rev at the band for longer period of time...ie keeping the tacho hovering around in the area where it refuses to nudge further.

Engine becomes super hot in 10 kms of "Normal" ride, good enough to fry your naked fingers.

And buddy dont take it otherwise, but please write in a language that's understandable,check the spellings of the words you write.

When i was hitting 120-121 km/hr in 4th gear, the tacho needle was just above 11k rpm i.e 11.2-11.3k.Still one cannot touch 12k rpm in higher gears unless you are making the bike 'ski' on a steep snow mountain!!
