I have read at many places that water splashing should not be done, may be for ethics, not sure about engine.Originally posted by kantu View PostI was also thinking of changing but rode in heavy rains again this week(3rd time) think i will wait until they wear out.

You can use : Mineral Oil - Castrol Activ 20w40/Elf Moto Gold 20w40/ Motul 3000 20w40/Shell Advance Fast track 20W40
or SS oil - Castrol Power 1 15w40/ Motul 5100
Just make sure you stick to the Xw40 rating for the oil. It's always better to lose a second in life than to lose life in a second!

hmmm ok. All i meant is that its the pads that wear out fast. So if they are slightly out of alignment, they will wear out accordingly, but in sync with the disc.Originally posted by shivank View PostPads are still brand new.IMO,there isn't any problem with the pads but the disc is the main culprit here.About the technique you are referring to,I have checked this fair many times. But never felt pulsing or anything of that sort.Actually,I do not push the rear-brake lever for too long. The rear just fish-tails!
The reason I can tell you this, that the plate is bent,is when I push the bike in neutral(ignition off),the wheels lock at a particular point and their is a resisting force. And some noises!
Can you shed some more light on the highlighted part in your post?
Thanks.
Now, if there is no pulsing on the lever, and you cant physically see/feel any bend in the disc, it may not be a bend disc, but just wheel alignment.
You are really thrashing your rideOriginally posted by flyingJian View PostGuy after all that thrashing and beating for 23k kms in all kind of roads, finally both front and rear rim has got slight bent.
And also got the rear wheel bearings changed.
I noticed this very first time when getting the chain adjusted. Although there is no difference in riding
but while rotating(on stand) one can notice the wobble.
So guys is there any fix to get these right or i have to bear the hole in the pocket
So, be prepared for the ride to thrash you back too
There are some places where they fix bend alloys. But depends on the bend. See if you have such shop at your place.
and I'd advice you to go easy on it. If the alloys get some minute crack, you may miss to notice it and could result in accidents. ok?

Oh, BTW, the JRTR192
is with me. Rode approx 250kms in normal break-in method riding it back to my place...

@Garry_Menace read the second paragraph written above your quote
Hey thanks for advice but No It's not the case i checked twice, may be tuning but i never tune B4 it's factory settings untouched (carb cleaned & put it back once in 14000k service), what to do?
& one thing more my front break fluid is showing no signs of coming down after 19000k,
rear working perfectly, is there any chance of problem in master cylinder (front)? disc checked no marking found by break pads or signs of unknown scratch, at the same time when i break scribbling sound come from both breaks (did pressure water wash no affect)
. pls guide.
Thank you
