        OUt of those 70K, 500 INR was for Helmet and 500 for the so called "accessories"

            Damn it.. My third accident in 18 months.. due to THE GREAT TVS TYRES
            happy to be out with minor bruises.. but my bike took a little beating

              Oh That's bad man !! Good to read u weren't hurt much. So wht stuff needs replacement on the bike? Yeah tyres are horrible. I always apply brakes as soon as I see water on the road, even if the roads are straight !! I'll be getting my tyres changed to MRF right before the monsoon !

                still didn't check out completely.. but noticed the engine guard was completely bent.. ll check it up and let u guys know

                  hope you are fine now , but engine guard bent means it would have displaced the scoops on tank ,happened to me twice

                    People keep complaining about the tyres...Why dont you guys go ahead and change them upfront rather than waiting for a mishap to happen and then blame it on the tyres. If not changing to other tyres, ride upto the limits of these tyres. IMO,the tyres on the 180 arent that bad for first 10k kms.

                        your exactly right.. and noticed that the front fork is touching the scoop
                        couldn't take bike for ride yet.. may be by tom I'll be fine..

                        agree to your opinion tyres aren't that bad.. i was in under 60's wen a dog jumped in from nowhere and i din go hard on the brakes either.. hit rear brake first and then the front.. but it all happened so fast.. no time to react
