Mine is exactly 71kmph @5k rpm in 5th gear.Checked it today.
@Saipranav:Have you adjusted the tappets before this?If yes then may be the tappets are not set to recommended clearance.
But first check for the below two points-
1)Keep correct tyre pressure in both wheels.
2)Adjust the chain slackness,it must be neither too loose or too
    tight
    Revert back.

I tried searching but could not find it.

@Drifty, would also like to know if you are still running on it and how you feel about it after long term use?
I guess we have to make changes to the AFR mixtures after installing it, right?
Yes Bro I am using the GS150R's stock air filter currently and pretty impressed with the performance. You will surely feel the difference cause its a paper type filter. The bike pulls from lower rpms very easily and reaches redline more earlier than before now.Yes,you need to make the mixture a bit rich if you feel any lag while pulling from lower to higher prms.Maintenance is very easy, just blow compressed air through inside the filter (from a distance so that the paper material does not tear) for cleaning.Dont allow it to get wet in any conditions,it will not perform at its best later on.
Attaching a few pics of the filter.

    TIP:
Do not expect any free flow kinda induction noise since its a 'stock' filter!

    • Thanks a lot for the reply Drifty!!!
I think the tappets are the culprit here, will adjust them right away...
Will get them set and check later on...

Not expecting the noise to increase et al... i like it smooth, checked 3 different suzuki spare parts shops and a authorized show room and none of them had the air filter in stock!!!!
will get one and fix it, the reason i'm going for suzuki's air filter is that, i believe it wont hamper my engine and still give me better response

i am thinking of putting this but just wanted to know if it will damage the engine in anyway even a small amount of harm??Cause i have heard that if you want to use the bike for a long time dont add the k&n and this looks like its the same material/.

Thanks for those pics Bro. Glad you've had a fantastic time out there
The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.

No you don't need to clean it, you just pull the cap off. It has exact mounting holes as stock. Also be careful while giving it for servicing, tell them that its paper filter, otherwise they may rip it off or pour oil in it.

                    • Guys its my personal experience only with GS150r filter.

I had used this filter in my bike for some 1.5k kms and initial grunt was pretty good, no doubt about that but bike's top speed dropped drastically. It starting struggling to go past 105 kmph and there was a drop in mileage too with the same riding style.

I in between plonk the stock filter to check the top end thing and the bike again started to reach good speed compared to GS air filter.
Later on i reverted to complete stock filter and again i am getting good mileage of 40 kmpl earlier with GS 150 filter it dropped by some 5 kmpl

I have tried with different A/F settings on GS 150r filter but it showed no effect on top end or mileage side.

But one thing is sure that initial grunt and acceleration was a little better till 90 kmpl but after that bike starts struggling.

So my personal verdict will be to remain with the stock filter rest is ones choice.

                      • Oil Burning

Hey guys, my rtr 180 is 13k kms old and recently i have noticed that the oil dipstick is showing only 3/4th of the total level. It has done 1000kms since the oil change(motul 300v 15w 50). Can anyone please let me know what could be the problem??..........i have checked it when the engine is hot.

I usually rip my bike hard ...mostly shift gears above 6k rpm. Occasionally even touched 10k rpm.

motul 300v doesn't go well with rtrs. It has a strange evaporating problem.
Use semi-synth Motul 5100 or if you want a fully synth then go for motul 7100

                                Nothing is wrong with it....the true figures for A180 are- 54KM/h @ 4000RPM and 67 km/h @ 5000RPM...
Just check the tire pressure, clean the air filter or change the oil filter(if not changed recently).... these things works for me every time.(mine is 34.7 k old)
