sad to hear that...so did u let go that guy, wat if he is a faculty tell him to pay the expenses...watever may be the case if a guy hits from the rear he is at fault ,so u can file a case too...

Had an accident today , while coming back from college.i was going at 40 then i realised that i forgot to were my helmet , so i slowed down the bike very slowly to almost 5 (i was searchin for neutral),and even i moved to the rightmost postion on the road. .

BOOM!!! i think it was a discover or a shine whch hit me at abt 60 (i assume) from the back , the bike is a new one and the driver is a faculty at my college ,its absolutely his fault. he along with his frndz were going back to the city , he was tryin to overtake his frnd who was driving a car (YES THESE PPL ARE THE FACULTY IN MY COLLEGE). as soon as the accident occurred one senr faculty came to us and shouted at us "What is that driving??". i told him that v were almost going at 0 speed then he stopd , he was talkin without even knowing what happend,As soon as he hit , i was able to stop the bike from fallin suddenly , used a single leg to stop , now that leg is hurting badly. my frnd who was behind fell down ,no damage done to any person. my tail lights , rear mudguard and saree guard and my helmet are completely damaged and needs to be replaced, silencer and crash guard have minor scratches. Expected Cost ~2.5k.

Im not sure with the above Line - why you wanna move to the Right most position of the Road.....??? in an emergency
The faster Vehicle should go in Right side of the Road....and its not the place for stopping your Bike....
You should have cornered your Bike in Left Side and should have used Indicators atleast...
I think you have created an Accident rather than meating with an Accident...

A Small Query: We Got TVS Authorized Service Centre in My Place.The Main Dealership Workshop is 40kms away.Should I give the Bike for Service in A.S.C ?Any Recommendations?

Okay, i've a small problem with my bike.Everytime i go past 80kmph and then to stop it from there while depressing the clutch,results in direct switch off of the engine.Can't make out what is it?Could you guys please show me the way?

i m facing the same problem ... i've completed 1100kms on my bike and still have to complete Runin of my bike... so I am facing this issue while I go past 60 kmph... I think its related to clutch settings !!!
