Expected Cost ~2.5k.
Okay, i've a small problem with my bike.Everytime i go past 80kmph and then to stop it from there while depressing the clutch,results in direct switch off of the engine.Can't make out what is it?Could you guys please show me the way?If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

The Repair of the Bike is done , only rear tail light has been replaced , saree guard has been removed ,chain guard was bent slightly and broke at the end (mech said no need to replace that).
The frame has been bent to the right side (the impact was on the left side) and the mudguard is bent towards the right side.He said he will repair this in the 2nd service coz it wud take 1 day atleast and i dint want to give it to him for that much time...
so cost only 1250.need to buy a new helmet now .. it was just 2 weeks oldLast edited by Grafix; 09-09-2009, 08:06 PM.

hope ur bike is a lot more in shape now...
well my theory once again turned out to be true that most of the accidents take place when one goes below 30kmph.. :P well most of my accidents have happened that way....

Completed 530kms and from 500kms this "service reminder indicator"(Red Light with a spanner logo on the tachometer console) is blinking while starting the bike.I think ASC will do something about this?
A Small Query: We Got TVS Authorized Service Centre in My Place.The Main Dealership Workshop is 40kms away.Should I give the Bike for Service in A.S.C ?Any Recommendations?

... i've completed 1100kms on my bike and still have to complete Runin of my bike... so I am facing this issue while I go past 60 kmph... I think its related to clutch settings

Check for any cloth or paper obstructing air flow into air-filter....if not carb needs to be tuned/cleaned.Originally posted by badbikerboy View Posti m facing the same problem

query to guys who own Apache RTR 180..
Guys i need to know this about the rear fender...The rear fender(the superbike type) comes attached with a mud flap right!!..how do you remove the mud flap from the rear fender as and when you like??...and will it be possible to buy the rear fender alone or you have to buy the entire set??..cost details if you know??1986 SUZUKI AX100R

from indiabike Q&A regarding Apache 180 :
IT IS GuuD THAT YOU rode the bike from 43-55kmph speed variance with gears changed. IF YOU tried Occassional Burst for 2-3 seconds to 60-65kmph and slow down and allowed to cool down IS OK. YES YOU ARE following the Proper Running-in.
