Strange that Crash and Saree Guard are not included in the price.
Anyways all the other accessories are of no use IMO

P.S : What is engine guard?

This accessory pack is generic to all TVS motorcycles and yes, some of those may be already included in the rtr. I am not planning to buy any accessories now but i have a few questions.

              1. Why not seat cover ?
              2. Im currently using passion plus and I can stick my phone on its tank cover. (my mobile case has a buckle for this) . This will be very helpful while GPS navigation. So can we get a white tank cover for this? My friend have a red hunk and he managed to get a red tank cover for it so that on a first look nobody will realise he have one. I need that kind of camouflaging.<I will try to post his tank cover picture once he come back>

MOST OF THE SEAT COVERS GIVEN BY THE DEALER ARE NOT WATERPROOF. JUS A SIMPLE CLOTH MATERIAL LIKE SAID ITS DEPENDS ON YOU. CHECK THINGS BEFORE YOU BUY.

I YOU HAVE THAT PURPOSE THEN YOU MAY GET IT. MOST OF THE GUYS DONT WANT TANK COVER WHICH DOESNT LOOK GOOD. IF YOU CAN GET THE SAME COLOUR ITS GOOD. BUT THE DEALER MOSTLY WILL JUST GIVE YOU A BLACK ONE.

Because Karnataka has the highest road tax in the entire country(and has some of the worst roads).

Starting issue in my RTR.Taking atleast 7 kicks to start most of the time.Electric starter is not working also.Push starting the bike these days.I think I manage to burn the RR off by running the 55w halogen set up on stock AC electricals. It was working without any issues past many months.

AFAIK, RR cant get burned by running high wattage bulbs.

If you havent paid the amount, let me tell you a few things.
Engine Guard/Engine Cowl, Crash Guard, Saree Guard, Foot rest are all free and you dont have to pay single penny fro that.
I suggest dont do T/F from dealers. Its merely a waxing job they do. Not the original stuff. Goto JC road and get it done in front of your eyes.
Dont go for grip cover. I know in hero-passion people might need it. But in RTR you dont need it moreover its not good.
Its good to go for seat cover but I again suggest to get it done outside as its more cheaper. Again check JC road for the same.
Also before booking you could have bargained for free seat cover.

Engine guard is nothing but engine cowl.

Thanks @susheelkumar. Now I would like to add something on the so called freebies

@anandknr : Here are my two cents
Tank cover: Although its total personal choice but imo it spoils the look of the bike, no matter what color you go for. Secondly after some days of use you might notice difference in color in the portion of tanks due to different exposure to sun rays.

Seat cover: Personal choice, good for saving the original seat. Can be bought for 100-150 bucks.

Grip cover: RTR's original handle grip is enough.

Ladies handle: Are two grab rails not enough?

                          Indicator buzzer: Personal choice again.

Helmet Lock: Comes at 100 bucks, can be broken by hand. Now upto you.

T/F coating: As said, all fake, they woud just do wax polish and name it teflon coating.

Engine guard, Foot Rest, Crash guard, Saree guard : These are part of our bike, they should not charge you for these. Here in Delhi/NCR it comes by default, atleast for the last 4 years. The only exception I have seen is Honda bikes, they charge for only the saree guard.

Thanks all, I am not going for any accessories now.

Is there anything I should ask/check/confirm at the time of delivery? both clerical & mechanical.

Honda guyz even charge for number plates & center stand. Atleast thats what dealers said when I enquired in numerous places for my friend.
If its true then I would say HONDA is best when it comes to milking customers.
